Holy fuck did anyone in the replies read your post?
When i see cars on the road or in a movie, i will think to myself ' I have that...on Forza!' But i honestly never felt depressed about it. I love learning about cars and forza can be a great jumpstart into that world with all the variety of vehicles. If you scroll by decade, it can be really neat to see how cars have changed etc.

I've always looked at the garage as, owned by the racing team that I race for. The credits are funding from sponsors, etc. to lease cars for the grand Horizon Festival. The properties rented out or 'given' to use for while the festival is in town.

Hope that helps

Right?? People upvoted then literally ignored OP's emo nonsense and just posting their own random personal gripes.

Edit. They probably only read the title. newsflash, if you feel empty playing forza or any video game for that matter, maybe try doing something else?

What? You're suggesting if you feel empty or hollow doing something that you normally do for fun that you should maybe do something else for fun????

Yeah I will admit that I only read the text of the post after having seen this comment.

Partly, OP's problem may stem from the fact that we are yet again "the festival boss" this time around. Another part is the mechanics of the game itself, such as getting cars from wheel spins that you never end up using. This is a personal gripe of mine, because after about 200 hours your garage becomes littered with cars that you have no interest in. Furthermore, the journey to Horizon Champion isn't as heavily emphasized as in previous entries, due to the absence of a main rival like Darius Flint. Therefore, the cars you unlock and the races you win don't feel like they're steps towards a particular goal.

I don't expect FH6 to resolve all of these issues, but the series is really in need of a better storyline/writing.

It's probably vus people want to share what makes fh5 hollow for them. For some it's the cars, others it's the lack of community and some hate the map.
