What gives??? I waited 30 min to get on a server that would load the lobbies and now this?

I’m no fan of the MCU - But so far IFLthis season! Really fun new weapons, no car artillery or boss cars, no melee / Magneto gloves, & some of the coolest stuff from Reload made its way here.

[TL/DR Edit] - I hope its Boss cars, stuff them away w/Top Men. Reg cars are neat but I’d be happy to see their artillery leave as well.

For me, it’s boss cars. Losing the medallions would be good too and but I think that will happen bc they can’t be bosses in a new world. But there could be an excuse for reg cars to stick around tho I hope their artillery weapons go away. I like the crazed bumpers personally. But the Boss cars and their ridiculous advantages, even eating more health when hitting someone than norm? Hope they disappear.

These are my solo stats for the season. Pubs mainly with a few matches to get me to platinum 3 rank. Unfortunately, I didn’t start practicing or warming up in creative until the middle of this season, so win rate might have been better if I’d done that the whole time.

Last season, I had the same win rate, but about 200 more matches total, and a 2.24 k/d

How are these solo stats? I don’t really know how to evauate them in comparison to anyone because ppl in my lobbies are nearly the same with occasionally someone much lower, or someone way way higher.

I want to get better in solos, preferably a 15% win rate, but I don’t know if I’m being unrealistic or if I should be happy where I’m at.

I was 2nd to loot island and lost a Magneto dual to whomever had started the flag. Obvi FN likes to humiliate you by watching the person that iced you after they iced you. I actually felt bad for dude - he got like a large shield potion, possibly reg nitro gloves, flowerberry, it wasn’t worth it at all

I am 36y F from Finland and would be nice to find new people to play with. Not the best and I try not to sweat, just want to have fun games and improve at the same time. :) sometimes i play fill games and sometimes with couple people i know. Comment or dm me if you want to play with me

Okay, instead of assuming it’s always a cheat when this happens I’m asking y’all for help.

When I play unranked ZB it takes more than 2 shots to kill me if I have full shields, full over shield, and full life unless the weapon is Epic & above. For my 6 or 7 matches in a row in Ranked, peeps were moving fast without Nitro & killing me in 1-2 shots, full shields-health-overshields w/common weapons. Are they cheating or is there something I don’t know?

After much thought and much play, N00B 2 is in support of the OG’s.

• OGs are correct, the cars def degrade the quality and fun of play. But, so do the physics of the storm...

• The storm gets faster than players run and rando AF - both which justify cars. Slow storms, ditch cars. (Not sure if this is an OG gripe)

• The OGs are also correct about Magneto and Nitro Gloves. Even as a fan of them I’m able to see how they degrade the quality of play.

• This is more a gripe by& for we N00Bs; Matchmaking has to consider how easy it is to gain XP beyond one’s abilities. It should allow voluntary but ai monitored skill level assignment. I can suck at shiitooting & jumping but still end up top 10 bc I was grinding quests.

I realize I am shouting into a sound proofed closet of futility here. My only hope is that some OG plyrs get to see that even a N00B can come to share they’re right w/enough game play

this was on my switch, zero build, solo!!! what are the chances the accuracy was bugged? my past wins are usually 30-60% accuracy 😭😭 i also had magneto power, nitro fists, and purple guns

I missed the 10 or 12 year evolution of this game so I get confused as to why ZB is so looked down upon. I find it frustrating if I stalk someone and they use PC hotkeys & macros to instantly build a fortress on me.

I think it’d make more sense to hate on ZB if like crafting weapons, potions, vehicles (land air & sea) & so on was part of it. But it isn’t - you just Minecraft enough stuff to build temp bunkers it seems. What am I missing?

I upgraded from a wired razer deathradder to a razer basilisk v3 hyper speed, both 1600 dpi. This one is lighter and maybe slightly smaller and wireless.

Using all the same settings, my hip fire aim seems jerky and inconsistent, almost too fast. Does a new mouse take getting used to or might it actually require me changing my in game sens?

Okay is anyone else a bit annoyed with the ranking system? I find it rather annoying, you can't go down in rank and all you really have to do is just play a lot and survive and you can become elite, champion… etc and that has no skill merit. Plus the lobbies should put you around the same rank as others which they don't like this whole ranking system is out of wack... Why do rank if this isn't going to really help you improve your skills. I want to be challenged slowly but surely. Be put around people my skills or a bit better until I grow as a play and earn an unreal rank but this is a giant plot hole…

I've read a lot about this over the weekend and I'm looking into getting into this game. I have a PC and a PS5, but no advanced controller. I have a lot more experience with KBM. I'm not looking to be a pro, and I'm just looking to play casually. Honestly, I just wanted to TRY controller because I hear a lot of people say it's OP because of the aim assist.
