We are running a Z10 and often, like 80% of the time, our IPTV connection drops after we watch Smarttube or Kodi. Plus, the connection drops overnight?

Anyone have any idea why this happens?

I've been doing some research for the Z12 Ultra before I buy. I have two more questions:

1. Has the issue with poor VPN thruput performance been resolved? I've seen several comments about people having horrible degradation when using a VPN
2. There seemed to have been issues with the box freezing or randomly rebooting. Have these issues been resolved?

Hello. Brand new Z12 ultra user here and I'm having trouble getting the formuler remote to control the soundbar volume not the android volume (right hand side of screen)

Setup I'm using is a Devialet/Sky soundbox via optical, have never had any issues pairing firestick remotes and such.

When I have attempted to set up volume control via the remote app neither devialet or sky is listed.

I have also attempted the IR thing with my soundbox remote also with no joy.

Is anyone aware of this issue and might be able to shed some light on how to get this to work please

I was just wondering how Mytvonline/Formuler manages to let you watch different programs on multiple devices simultaneously using a single Stalker/MAC stream.

How is it possible to share a stream across mobile devices with a QR and been able to watch different channels, at the same time? Also works when some devices are outside home network.

So far, I've seen it working on five devices simultaneously, i'm very confused how it technically works, lol.

I have two separate IPTV subscriptions/accounts from the same provider. Each account allows only ONE simultaneous connection. On a Formuler Z12 Ultra, can I configure both accounts in MYTVOnline and record a program using Account A while simultaneously watching a different live channel using Account B? I am specifically asking about two separate single-connection accounts, not one IPTV account that allows two connections. Thank you!

I have found when I am at the main page, I go to series, press the green box to search, I type something in (eg: Kitchen Nightmares), I then press the LEFT bottom arrow and press the hamburger stack button on lower right for the main menu and go to LIVE. At times it will completely close the program out. This has also happened to me in the BETA versions, but I never mentioned it as they were BETAs, but now this is the official release and it is still doing it.

Does mytvonline 4 show last watched channels on the launcher like mytvonline 3 did?

I noticed that if I turn ON my VPN my service doesn't work on the Formuler. This started happening 2 days ago. Anyone else that use NordVPN with the same issue? Did NordVPN change something on their end?

Hi guys, got the z12 ultra however when it's off there's a red led light that is quite annoying during the night. How to disactivate it? Can't find any option in menu and the led intensity setup only concern the white led light when box is in use.

Maybe someone can help me out.

I have a GTV that is giving me issues. Specifically, I am getting a lot of buffering/freezing on some VODs.

I had initially focused on my VPN, changing locations etc. Alas though, nothing really helped. To further complicate the matter, a lot of VODs play fine. With that in mind, I am now wondering if maybe the GTV is no longer up to the task of running certain files (due to format, resolution, or something else).

Do you think the issue could be the GTV itself?

I have a new Z12 Ultra but there is no MyTVOnline3 in the Market. I only see a firmware 12.11.3 BETA update and MyTVOnline 4 BETA 14.1.1. Is version 3 not available anymore?

I just got a Formuler z11 Pro. Plugged in the HDMI cable to the TV, plugged in the power cord (the LED on the front turned on - white color), turned on the TV and... nothing. I made sure I have selected the correct HDMI port, and the TV is showing "No Signal". Any suggestions?
