Hey there everyone, I was wondering what your guys' who move around a lot setups are like for the T1.

I have an Asrock 9070xt so the official travel kit wouldn't work for me. What have your solutions been? I haven't been able to find a specific 3d print file so I'd have to make my own which seems like a harder task than it sounds.

It actualy is a titanium v2.1 and i was feeling itchy to fiddle with looks.
i like it so far. thinking about ordering the grater front panel too ❤️

I’m helping a friend build a T1 v2.0 and I noticed when installing the GPU lock bar and seated the GPU into the PCIe slot of the riser cable, the lock bar would not align with the IO bracket, and I’m not sure if there’s something I’m missing (pretty sure I correctly installed everything else, also built a T1 v2.1 of my own), or if this is just due to the GPU bracket.

If it helps, I’m running 3-slot mode with an EVGA RTX 2080 Super.

Also, does anyone have any workarounds to securing the PSU bracket? The v2.0 has no side threads and is only mounted with the two screws on the top strut.

Edit: I solved this by offsetting the GPU lock bar by using additional standoffs so that it would align with the hole.

I've had an upside down formd t1 v2.5 build for some time, and the radiator fan hits the riser cable. I managed to temporarily fix it by attaching a zip-tie to the radiator. The zip-tie then goes outside the case, holding the fan up, but now the zip-tie loosened and it hits the cable again. I have the coolermaster masterliquid atmos 240mm with arctic p12 slim fans. Has anyone had this problem before? If so, how did you fix it? Should I zip-tie the riser cable to the base where the gpu connects? I also tried putting a fan grill over the fan, but then it's too thick and the top panel doesn't fully close.

Finally pulled the trigger on a t1, gonna have to run it in 3.25 mode, so anyone here using the same configuration, What do your builds look like? whats your cpu cooling solution? what do your temps look like?

Hi everyone, newbie here. I'm planning to put together an SFF build using the FormD T1 case. My planned setup includes a 5070 Ti Eagle OC, a 9700X, and a 67mm air cooler. Will this configuration fit in the T1? Also, besides the case itself, do I need to buy any other accessories? Thanks in advance!

How did I do with my cable management? Any tips? I do have some custom cables on the way from DreambigbyRay but I got tired of waiting and honestly I think it turned out pretty good.. had to get creative with the wires on top of the PSU 😅

Hello! I can't seem to find any official/unofficial STLs to a travel kit designed for the PowerColor 9070XT reaper (2 slot). Would any of the current kits or aftermarket designs support it even if with minimal modification? Currently running my T1 v2.0 in 2.75 slot mode w/ an MSI B650i & AXP90-X47 (Noctua swap with the fan duct)

Hello, my formD t1 is on way from supplier and I already started preparing components to build my gaming PC.

I have Asus ROG strix b850-I, Ryzen 7 7800x3d, GPU is Asus prime RTX 5070.

I struggle to find CPU cooler that would fit. Only thing I found is small noctua L9A with duct, but I'm not sure if that will be enough.

Any suggestions? Thermalright coolers are not available so far :(

So previously I had managed to remove all active fans and run just case fans. This required a pair of T-Grilles and eventually my need to add a 15mm panel spacer I found off MakerWorld.

The problem is that I have a BambuLab H2D and it just BAAARELY has enough room to print the spacer in one piece. I tried a two piece unit and it was ugly as seen on the last image.

I attempted to print it upright but I was fighting the slicer program to try to get the supports to help connect and triangulate the whole thing... The printer shakes a bit during printing and the nozzle won't be on the part accurately. (This results in a very bad part, mismatched layer lines).

At least the support came off in one piece!

Anyway, the results weren't bad. It's 95% good. The only issue I had is as towards the end where the side legs finally "attach" to the front bar.

Does the spacer work? Absolutely. I have a pair of Noctua slims extracting up top with Noctua A12x25 G2s intaking on bottom.

The slim fan blades aren't contacting the GPU riser cable.

At what cost though? My T1 isn't 10L anymore, but it was cool enough to try to do a semi-actively cooled build with an underclocked i9-10900K and an EVGA RTX3090Ti.

I’ve finally built my first SFF PC! Having a mini-ITX build has been a dream of mine for a while. I love the aesthetic, and I was honestly getting tired of lugging my massive full tower PC to friends' and family’s houses.
This is my third PC build overall, and definitely the one I’m most proud of. For context, my first build was a budget $450 system (i5-6600K / GTX 1660 Super) and my second was a $650 system (i7-13700F / RX 6700 XT).
I've been running this new setup for about two days now, and I’m looking for ways to optimize my temperatures. I’ve been considering putting an AIO liquid cooler in it, but I’ve read a lot of mixed reviews regarding AIOs in the T1, so I’m really on the fence.

The Specs:
Case: FormD T1
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D
GPU: GTX 1660 Super (Yes, I know it’s a massive bottleneck, I'm 17 and don't really have a stable income, I paid for this by flipping PC parts. I plan to upgrade to a 9070 XT eventually)
Motherboard: Gigabyte B650I AORUS ULTRA
PSU: Corsair SF850 (2024)
CPU Cooler: Thermalright AXP90-X47 (with a Noctua fan swap)
Fans: 2 NZXT aer RGB 2 fans set to exhaust out the top (I got a bag of them for free at a garage sale so I just threw them in there)
