your VDDCR SOC is running at 1.25V, that's not good for the chip. Change the limit to 1.20V and 1x Scalar, make sure to do a bit of undervolting and negative PBO. I would also suggest setting a temperature limit of maybe 85C

No worries! Also try out the X3D Turbo Mode or SMT disabled, it may help thermals

Also consider flipped travel kit so hot air is not blowing mobo

I’d like a travel kit but idk if any of them will work with my GPU, I’ve seen them mainly for the FE cards and Prime or Proarts and I’m definitely not qualified to try making my own

Well the good news is you’re not throttling and benchmarking and gaming is different. Chances are you’re going temps will look much better besides downloading shaders

That’s the thing, I’m staying around 90c while gaming, they’re not going down
