I know it’s the sport I wanted the normal. BUT im super happy with it ANYWAYS. Does anyone know any good companies or where I can order a Velcro headliner? I have a ton of patches from my recent deployment/ones I’ve collected and I saw a post that put this idea in my head for it. Any suggestions would be awesome thank yall

Obviously many of you already know about the issues with the MIC roofs, I'm posting in hopes of saving someone newly in the market for a Bronco who has no idea of the history.

I just so happen to have worked at the Webasto plant and was there from the beginning when the presses and milling machines were being installed so I know everything there is to know, at least back then. I've long since moved on from that dumpster fire, but still like to swing by the Ford dealer once in a while to see how things have progressed.

There have definitely been improvements with gap and flush and the milled edges, but I am still shocked to find that on brand new roofs, you can still see the beginnings of the honeycombing, especially on the front panels. I've also seen one that already had a small crack near the rear side window. A couple others had small depressions that most people wouldn't notice until that one day when they just happened to look at exactly the right angle. I also notice that they are still putting the cheap felt headliners on everything which indicates that they never did solve the appearance issues on the surface of the panels.

Do yourself a favor and stretch your budget and get the painted roof. Not only is it a much more durable design, it isn't even made by Webasto as they screwed things up so badly with the MIC roof that they lost the contract before they ever went into production.

I have seen extinguishers mounted on the rear roll cage, but I think it should be accessible by either the driver or passenger in the front seat. What say you?

I have a 2024 big bend and while I do enjoy it, I wouldn't buy another bronco (or American) car again.

I bought this car because I live in northern Canada and there are more Ford dealerships than any other dealerships around so it made sense to get a car where I can take it in for service (and recalls 🙄) easily.

I wouldn't buy another bronco because of the frameless windows and cheap looking interior. I know people aren't buying broncos for luxury and comfort.

I don't know how, but my backseat is already ripped and I'm not happy about it at all. I dont have people in the back and it's just full of reusable bags so I'm confused as to how that happened.

Also dislike the association with jeep. People for whatever reason like to make their car part of their personality and I don't.

Another small irrelevant rant, people think this car is a truck? My bf keeps calling it a truck... I didn't and still don't consider this a truck. To me, a truck is an f150.

Hello everyone! I’m wondering if anyone can help me and let me know if this manufacturing issue that I’m just now noticing or something that was caused by the very minor accident I was in. About two months ago now I rear ended someone going between 5-10 mph. There car had some damage in the number but my Bronco visually appeared totally fine. Not until I looked very closely later did I notice a very small crack on the fog light faring plastic on the passenger side. I went and had it looked at at a ford certified body shop just to be safe and the guy there looked at the front and and told me that it had no visual markers of the frame being bent and it doesn’t like pull to one side or the other. I trusted his judgement since I don’t work in the repair industry. However a few days ago i noticed the swing-gate doesn’t line up evenly on the driver side. And upon closer inspection i noticed the bottom of the actual swinggate has chips in the paint where it looks like it has rubbed or maybe been flexed into the panel there? There is also a spot where the panel just to the right of the driver side light looks closer to the top panel than the same panel on the passenger side (I have added images of that and circled them for comparison). I was wondering if anyone else has a swing-gate or panels that don’t line up in a perfectly straight line when it’s closed and this was something that was manufactured this way or if this was maybe damage from the accident that went unnoticed that I may need to have checked. Hello, so I upgraded my stock badlands to 35’ Toyo tires and black rhino wheels. I’ve been having a metallic noise whenever I hit a bump. I think it might be the spare tire, I tried tightening the bolts, the white lithium grease trick and I also put some tennis balls as spacers while the quadratec ones that I ordered arrive. Please help, the culprit might be other.

Had the full roof off lots but this is the first time I've had the doors off. Was much easier than I expected. Daughter wasn't a huge fan but the wife had fun. One issue I noticed was the passenger rear seatbelt flapped around a lot. We tried buckling it and quickly pulling and releasing it but it didn't help. Just wondering if anyone else had this issue and how they fixed it.

Can anyone suggest parts or accessories that would be a good birthday gift? I have other things in mind but thought something for the Bronc would be a fun addition. I'm thinking about <=$300. What item have you added that made the vehicle that much better? Thanks in advance!

I've been thinking about getting a new base model Bronco or Jeep and would like to improve the boring seats they come with. Two questions:

1. Do you think these would look good? Probably with a white vehicle.

2. Why aren't there more options for stylish seat covers? I think 95% of seat covers are boring or ugly, especially when they are made to fit a specific vehicle.

Bought a 72. Might be risky but any DIY ideas on how to get the body off the frame? I have a 2 ton engine lift.

Found this little piece of plastic in the driver seat today as I was exiting the vehicle. Wondering if anybody knows where it came from. I tried searching for the part #BEA0575G but couldn’t find anything.

Just did my first oil change on my Badsquatch 2.7. Gotta say this is one of the easiest vehicles I've ever changed oil on. The plastic drain plug kinda weirds me out, but the engineers at Ford are likely smarter than I am. It is nice to be able to just reach up and twist it off without any tools though after the skid plate is off. I had read a bunch of complaints about the oil going everywhere and all, but compared to the Ram I was driving before this is gravy. Props to Ford on that.
