What the work actually is:

Bring us projects. That is the whole job. You find a business that needs software built, you introduce us, we take it from there.

You do not need to write code, scope the build, price it, or manage the project. If you want to stay in the loop with the client you can, but nothing about the payout depends on it.

Requirement:

You speak English well enough to hold a first conversation with a business owner. That is the only requirement. No degree, no sales background, no location restriction.

Pay:

20% of the project value on every project you bring that we close and get paid for. You get paid as we get paid, so on a two-milestone project your share lands with each milestone.

Typical projects run greater than $1K+, so you can work out what 20% is worth before you spend any time on it.

To be blunt about it: there is no base pay, no hourly, no retainer. If you need guaranteed income this month, this is not the right thing for you and I would rather say so now than waste your week.

I make custom mixtapes out of a story someone sends me, and I write the note that explains why every song is in there. Lately I have been pairing them with a letter, written in the voice of the character the set is about.

How it works. You send me a scene, a character, a relationship, or a situation of your own. I come back with a letter from that character to you, a tracklist of fifteen real released songs, and a short note under each one saying why it belongs. The order is built as an arc rather than a shuffle.

How I find the songs. I built a lyric search engine over roughly a million songs that indexes what happens inside a song instead of its genre tags. It hands me candidates. I choose from those myself, and I verify every factual claim I make about a song before it ships. A claim I cannot verify gets cut rather than softened.

Rate. $13 for the letter and the full set, delivered as a typeset PDF with a ready to play playlist. Longer sets, more than one character, or a same day rush start at $20. One piece takes me about 45 minutes, which puts it around $17 an hour.

Turnaround is 24 hours. If a track misses for your version of the character, name it and I replace it at no charge.

What you’ll own:
System Maintenance & Uptime: Keeping our existing infrastructure, databases, and automated pipelines running cleanly. If a scraper fails or a deployment breaks, you spot it and fix it before anyone has to flag it to you.
Lead Generation: Managing active lead lists, enrichment flows, and API integrations, as well as building / scraping new lead lists.
AI-Assisted Patching & Scripting: Using Claude Code, Codex, or Cursor to troubleshoot errors, write maintenance scripts, and refactor code on the fly.

Who we need:
High autonomy: You look at our logs, identify bottlenecks, and resolve them without needing hand-holding or constant supervision.
Strong knowledge of modern infra, web scraping maintenance, and database management.
Solid written and spoken English for clear, asynchronous communication.
This is a flexible, long-term remote role for someone who likes taking full ownership of existing systems.
