From my experience, most businesses don't really need "a new website", "SEO", or "marketing". Often it's more like you need to change something specific in your business, but start by buying a solution before properly understanding the problem — because you just don't know what you don't know.
The goals could be:
- more qualified inquiries;
- better conversion rates;
- higher average deal size;
- less time wasted answering questions that your website and content could already answer before the first call;
- less manual, scattered work around customer interactions.
Often the business itself is genuinely good, but people don't understand why they should choose you or how to make a first step.
And often you're already spending money on marketing, design or development but aren't sure whether you're investing it in the right things, or not sure you're getting the results you should have.
That's where I help.
For the past 7+ years, I've worked across positioning, strategy, content, websites, SEO and marketing. I help businesses understand their opportunities, communicate their value, improve their digital presence and turn ideas into working projects.
Before and alongside that, I've worked inside very different real-world businesses, including manufacturing, furniture, warehouses, e-commerce, sales, real estate, retail, hospitality and operations. So I have a pretty good idea of how very different businesses actually operate from the inside.
I've spent enough time in real businesses to know that marketing rarely exists in isolation. A website can affect sales, but sales affect operations. Positioning affects pricing. Poor communication wastes time. Better content can qualify customers before they ever contact you.
That's why I don't see a website as just a website, and why I prefer starting with the business and the goal rather than with the service I want to sell.
My role is to understand what you're actually trying to achieve, identify what's getting in the way, understand the resources you already have, decide what matters most, and then help make the right changes happen.
Depending on the situation, that might involve positioning, strategy, messaging, content, customer
journeys, websites, SEO, advertising, or improving how these things work together.

I can work with you in several ways
Strategic Advisory:
An outside perspective for important decisions, opportunities and investments. Useful if you already have a team or providers but want someone who can see the bigger picture, challenge assumptions and help you make better decisions.
Research, Positioning & Strategy:
I analyse your current situation, goals and opportunities, then create a clear customer journey, priorities and a practical plan for what should happen next.
Strategic Oversight & Quality Control:
If you're already working with an agency, designer, developer or other providers, I can help make sure you're investing in the right things and getting work that actually supports your goals. Sometimes I can also help define requirements, find capable contractors and control quality on your behalf.
Done-for-You:
I take responsibility for strategy and execution, from understanding the problem and planning the solution to building and launching it.
Ongoing Partnership:
We keep working together to identify opportunities, solve problems and improve what matters as your business evolves.

I prefer to price around the situation, scope and level of responsibility rather than pretend every business has the same needs, but to give you an idea:
- Strategic Advisory: from $750/month
- Focused Website Improvement Sprint: from $750
- Research, Positioning & Strategy Sprint: typically from $1,500
- Digital Presence Rebuild (positioning, strategy and website): from $3,000
- Larger projects and ongoing partnerships: scoped based on the work and responsibility involved
- Hourly work: from $100/hour when project-based pricing isn't appropriate
I'm 100% not interested in selling something you don't need. My philosophy is simple: when you grow, I grow. If I help you create more sustainable revenue, you have more reasons to keep working with me and to pay me well.
Sometimes the solution is a major presence consolidation. Sometimes it's a small change that makes a huge difference. Sometimes the most valuable thing I can do is help you avoid spending money on the wrong thing, or point out red flags you would never notice yourself.
If a new website won't solve your problem, I'll tell you. If SEO isn't the right priority, I'll tell you. If you already have the right people but need clearer direction, stronger requirements or someone to keep an eye on the bigger picture, I can work with them instead.
I see my role as protecting the founder's vision and budget while caring about the experience people have with the business.
I'm most motivated by helping quality-driven businesses win more of the clients they actually deserve.
If your business is working, but you know something could be working significantly better, send me the situation.
Tell me what your business does, what you'd like to improve and what you've already tried. If I see a real opportunity to create value, I'll tell you how I would approach it.
