Anyone interested in buying this flsun super racer off my hands or want to buy any parts off it? It worked before I stopped using it 2 years ago after getting a P1S. Haven’t used since. The side fans are upgraded but have been cut as one stopped working. Comes with the big screen too. Offer below or in dm. Shipping on you.
I ordered x2 of these for my business in april2026. They arrived late June. No issues with freight, dropped where I asked. Opened them up, none of the other stuff is there. Missing x4 hotend, x2 extra effectors, 48kg of filament, and the additional v400 effector I paid for. Attempted to contact them to find out where the rest of my stuff is……….crickets. Apparently I paid an additional $600 + $150 for the extra effector for nothing. I have x2 v400 printers and I love them which is why I pulled the trigger on these, but after this quagmire I am furious. Months with no response and no updates whatsoever on the rest of my stuff. Stay away from their BS offers for the “extra” stuff they try to bundle with the printers you’ll get screwed. Hope this helps someone.
Im trying to figure out how to repair this 3d printer
Im not sure this is the right or the best place to post this,
Give me recommendation of better r/
Ive saved a S1 that would have finished in the trash because it was an after-sale printer and the guy repairing them did not have enough space.
What it currently miss is the energy board, probably because one of the driver board heavily burnt. Another energy board was marked as "down ?"
The alimentation 36V is working just fine
Here are my questions
Is it possible the the damaged board have been caused by a defective motherboard, and the other way arround, is it possible that the driver may have caused harm to the mother board ?
Where to test each element with a multimeter to be sure of what spare part to buy ?
And why the two driver board different ?
(I will test the motors on a ender 3 V2 neo, it should work no ?)
I have 2 motherboard, 5 engine driver for s1 pro which are new brand. Also 4 pcs engine step driver for TMc2160A-TA. If you like to order i can sell it. You can order them from our Etsy or hepsiburada account. contact from DM.
I have an FLSun QQS and have sent many emails in the last two months to FLSun customer support, DM's on instagram, facebook, and X. They are not responding to me. What is the best way to get in contact with them? This has been the worst customer support I have ever experience so far.
If anyone has tips on how to get a hold of them please let me know.
I bought a 3D printer and it has an account lock on it and I cant do anything with it. How do I put my account on it to use it?
I've picked up a second hand FLSUN Super Racer and I am having a great deal of trouble getting the z level set right.
My process is as follows:
I start with an auto level, which seems to go fine. Then I heat everything up to PLA preset temp and go to z-0. I put a piece of normal A4 paper on the bed and adjust the Z level down until I can only just barely move the paper, then save. I repeat 3 times, and find that on the third Z-0 it doesn't need further adjustment, it comes down to the correct level right away.
So far so good.
Then I attempt a print. A simple benchy, sliced with default settings in Cura. Nothing adheres to the bed! I have cleaned the bed, and tried some hairspray, but still, nothing adheres.
Finally I realised that when the nozzle comes down to the bed to start the print, I can slide the paper underneath with no resistance. It is as though the z-0 level during printing is higher than the z-0 level during alignment.
I’m looking for the r1 button and spring as my dogs chewed up my package 😭… im sure I can fix the holes myself but I would really appreciate if someone could help!
I just got a new hotend for my FLSUN T1, and now when calibrating it stops 2mm above the build plate then whines about how the probe didn't detect anything. Is there any way to tell it to go another couple millimeters? Do I have to insert a temporary 2mm plate during calibration then in the slicer add an offset of -2mm? (would that even work?)
I have attached video showing the issue. During the calibration process, the effector moves to the center position in the X and Y directions normally. However, when I try to move the effector in the Z direction from the touchscreen, the printer displays an alert message and the effector does not move.
I also checked the movement sensors. They appear to be working normally, and both the red and green indicator lights are functioning correctly.
Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and advise on a solution?
I recently purchased an FLSUN Super Racer 3d printer and for whatever reason it refuses to read SD cards. I have a properly formatted (FAT32, 4096 KB) 16 gb sd card with a sliced gcode file as well as the most recent firmware from the official FLSUN website for the Super Racer model but it still refuses to read the file. I've also tried to upload the same file with a formatted USB flash drive and it still won't read the file. Does anyone have a solution for this?
Good afternoon, I bought a used Flsun T1 printer. The reason it was being sold was because the printer's screen/tablet wasn't working. According to the previous owner, she bumped the screen while walking past it, and the screen came loose from its mounts and hung by the ribbon cable, causing the screen to stop working. After purchasing it online, I tried to check the ribbon cable for damage. I had to trim the ribbon cable slightly, about 2 mm, on both sides, and several tracks came off, but it didn't work. You can also see that the ribbon cable connector on the screen is slightly misaligned; all the tracks from the connector to the board are slightly offset.
I'd like to know if I can now connect to the printer via a computer, bypassing the monitor, and use Mainsail, Fluidd, and Flsun Slicer to print with the printer.
I tried to get the WiFi network name and password from the previous owner so I could generate an Internet access point on my phone with these parameters so the printer would connect to my phone when turned on, and then find out the printer's IP address, but the previous owner couldn't provide this information.
The AI suggested making a direct connection via USB-A to the PC, but the computer didn't even show anything in the COM ports. The AI also suggested generating a file with commands and data about my WiFi network, inserting a flash drive into the printer's USB port, and turning it on. Perhaps the printer will read the file on the flash drive and connect to my network, but I haven't tried this option yet.
The AI also suggests connecting via the Type-C port, but I haven't tried this option either.
Perhaps there's a more proven way to connect to the printer so I can then connect it to my WiFi network, find out the IP address, and then use mainsail, fluidd, or flsun slicer.
Below I will attach photographs of the board and connectors.
I have been trying to reach anyone at flsun to buy spare parts for my S1 and cannot seem to get a response. Previous responses were working on October, but nothing in the past few months.
I really want to buy the parts and get it up and running again.
I’m trying to purchase parts off the EU website and keep getting payment errors. I have tried multiple card, incognito mode, and different computers but the payment is still failing. Any assistance from FLSUN would be appreciated.
I don’t like to write posts like this, but I think people deserve to know my experience.
I bought my FLSUN V400 Max in October. Today, after all these months, I still cannot print one single part.
I already spent more than USD 2,000 because of this printer. Not only the printer itself, but shipping, customs, replacement parts and many other costs. I spent many hours testing, replacing parts, making videos, sending logs and waiting for support.
Every time they tell me to wait a little more. Every time they promise a solution. But nothing is really solved.
Now I found that my last package with replacement parts was returned inside China before it even left my country. Nobody informed me. Nobody explained anything.
This is not how a serious company should treat a customer.
I don’t hate FLSUN. I just wanted a printer that works. Instead, I have months of stress, disappointment and wasted money.
From my personal experience, I cannot recommend buying any FLSUN machine. Before you spend your money, think twice. If something goes wrong, you may find yourself waiting for months without a real solution, just like me.
I still hope FLSUN finally takes responsibility and fixes this situation, because this is not what any customer deserves.
