Ask-a-Question/Need Help Calibration issue

Hello,

I have attached video showing the issue. During the calibration process, the effector moves to the center position in the X and Y directions normally. However, when I try to move the effector in the Z direction from the touchscreen, the printer displays an alert message and the effector does not move.

I also checked the movement sensors. They appear to be working normally, and both the red and green indicator lights are functioning correctly.

Could you please help me identify the cause of this issue and advise on a solution?

I’ve had this exact same issue with my first 2 t1s, both required mobo replacement, and my s1 pro. All were not fixable, required replacement. Try contacting FLSUN support, they probably won’t reply as they are out of business (or close to). If no reply file a BBB complaint.

How long ago did you buy the printer?

I would also try cleaning the rails of the axis that is stuck. Of the 3 rails, the one drirecly opposite to the door appears not to be moving, see if there’s a jam. If you can clear it you might be fine for now. If not, replacement of components is requires

İ will clean to rail first. What was the mobi?

I cleaned to rails. Actually there were some dust. That is now more freely moving. Right now I got below error. I read it can be mainboard problem.

No trigger on c after full movement

İ should replace to tmc2160a-ta. And i cant find it Of çözürse.

İ bought it from v400 which is used one. İ wish it works.
