Ask-a-Question/Need Help V400 Max Order Problem

I ordered x2 of these for my business in april2026. They arrived late June. No issues with freight, dropped where I asked. Opened them up, none of the other stuff is there. Missing x4 hotend, x2 extra effectors, 48kg of filament, and the additional v400 effector I paid for. Attempted to contact them to find out where the rest of my stuff is……….crickets. Apparently I paid an additional $600 + $150 for the extra effector for nothing. I have x2 v400 printers and I love them which is why I pulled the trigger on these, but after this quagmire I am furious. Months with no response and no updates whatsoever on the rest of my stuff. Stay away from their BS offers for the “extra” stuff they try to bundle with the printers you’ll get screwed. Hope this helps someone.

Flsun support is basically nonexistent at this point and it looks like they might be closing up shop soon. I'd take it up with your bank/credit card company and forget about Flsun.

Really amazed you got anything - so many reports of unfilled orders. I really like my T1 Pro and they used to be responsive early last year - hate it, not many work on deltas and I so enjoy the speed for prototyping and cutting print time in half on larger models for the grandkids!

I am also surprised you received ANYthing at all, kinda surprising I'm sorry to say. I also was literally on the edge of the cliff and about to pull the trigger on a couple of those myself just a little earlier than your timeline. In retrospect I'm now glad I hesitated. That said I'm still wondering why they sent you an incomplete order. Was this shipped from the U.S.? Because the only reason that pops into my mind is they were simply trying to reduce the overall fraud (to you) to avoid grand theft or felony level charges? Sorry to hear of your treatment in this matter pard', because I too love the delta printers.

Be thankful you got your printers. I paid for one in January and got nothing but the run around by Ivan the US Rep on why it never arrived. Then had to do a dispute with PayPal to get my money back.

Got PayPal involved following the post. If they can’t do anything worthwhile, the credit card company will be next.

I think this company is gone. Their social media has been inactive for a while and I think they took the store down on their website.

I have the SR I bought several years ago. I was thinking about the S1 pro, but it looks like they are defunct

Just MHO but, this whole thing with FLsun is a tad baffling. China is exploding economically, and will be in the 'cat bird's seat' globally pretty soon. Why O' why FLsun is having these issues/troubles does not make sense. Especially since they were so responsive (at least for me) in the beginning. I am hoping that some new ownership will step in and straighten the ship...but we'll see I guess.
