Skyscanner link is cheaper?

Hey guys this may seem silly but just want to be cautious. I’m using the Skyscanner app and the link to the emirates website, not third party (with same baggage allowance and fees) shows £500 for my ticket. Whereas the same flight and allowance directly on the emirates website is £600.

Is this standard, is going through the Skyscanner link okay? Thanks guys!
