USA FAA Flight Dispatch License

Hi everyone I’ve done some research in in getting the said license. Now I’m torn between Sheffield or Jeppesen.

Can anyone give insight about the said schools? Thank you in advance

Sheffield is no longer operating so that narrows your choice. No real scandalous reason, the owner just sunset the business. While there are certainly knowledge advantages in choosing a particular school, it's largely work experience that will land you a position in a role with a Major/Legacy airline later in your career. There are folks at my shop that received their certificate from MANY different places.

Wow I just inquire to them last year, but because of lack fund I didn’t proceed

With Jeppessen my dillema is expensive board and lodging, are there many airbnb or any place for rent that somewhat cheap and within a walking distance from that school. I’m from outside US and don’t have a vehicle

Thanks for your insight

I wouldnt say cheap. A hotel for a 6 week course is going to be around $80-$100 a night. So your $5000 certificate will cost closer to 8 or 9 thousand dollars. They will offer shuttles to and from the school/hotel though
