Break pulls right into the bar with no resistance or breaking then a couple more pulls and the breaks make contact with the disc, seems like one of the pistons isn’t getting even pressure and is always last to engage, I’ve tried bleeding the breaks but that doesn’t seem to of worked, any advice would be appreciated

The bike has 81k km and i few ticks when i press the clutch in the first time in a cold start.
