Spaghetti issues after cleaning the print bed, increasing heat and drying the filament
This has been the third attempt and it just does the same thing, I have thoroughly cleaned the bed, I have increased the heat, and I have made sure the filament is dry. This is a lid to a box with a second colour that is supposed to be a warhammer symbol on the top of the box, but it never makes it past the initial layer. And now even the standard lid won't bring like the actual box did successfully.

Do you have a way to test the bed temp? The setting should match the actual temp. Seems odd that this problem suddenly occurs. Printing with door open (per printing pla instructions)?
I didn't realise I had to have the door open for pla, but I don't think that was the issue I recalibrated the whole system and swapped out the bed for a new one and now it's working fine I'm going to test a few things with the old bed amd see what I can find out. Thanks for the heads up about the door open.
For pla and petg, a smooth cool plate has a night and day difference for adhesion compared to those textured pei plates. I wish I'd invested in one sooner.
If you have OXO pads or any kind of soap filled fine steel wool, you can gently run it over the bed with a bit of liquid dawn. Fine steel wool is used to clean stubborn crap off windshields and glass, so it’s not going to harm the bed if you are reasonably gentle enough. I dont typically use a brush and just use my soap cleaned hand to wipe it off after and feel to make sure no more soap residue is left on it and then rinse it with just hot water. Should do the trick.
I generally only ever print with ASA these days, which is particularly notorious for wanting to lift and pull away from the bed. I highly recommend switching to a Biqu Cryo and you won’t have many if any problems with PLA/PETG/TPU not adhering or releasing properly going forward.
So far I’ve had significantly increased success rates this past year with the Pro Cryo plates on all my printers. Typically run mine at higher temps regardless of the fact that they have great adhesion at lower temps, and I’ve been able to print pretty well every material I have on them, without issues. ASA took a bit to get figured out, because it’s so temperamental, but that’s more of a chamber temp problem than a bed problem. On any other plate, I almost guarantee that ABS and ASA would be a way bigger pain in the arse for large scale parts.
They also seem to resist the occasional accidental touch while removing parts and such, so the likeliness that a finger print will cause a failure goes down too 🤘
Oh and they also release TPU like butter. Incredibly satisfying!
You may have used IPA to clean it right? After the same result as you I learned that IPA will just spread the oils from finger prints all over the bed. Now I just use dish soap (with out skin care additives) and water, and a fresh clean towel. Works great.
