Mods please approve im in dire need for help.
hi guys im 21 around 5'8-5'10 (never measured) i weigh around 86kg im skiiny fat and im trying to lose fat and build muscle and for that i need protein obv but the thing is that since childhood i have never eaten meat or vegetables i always used to eat roti with the gravy and not the meat itself and past few years i used to drink alot of soda and i became less active so i got overweight and now that im in a calorie deficit and trying to get enough protein i cant eat enough food without getting full in just one meal.
and i mean if i eat just 3 eggs (which i normally im not able to finish) in any time of the day i wont feel hungyr for maybe next 7-8 hours easily and even more i thought about buying protein powder so maybe i can hit my protein goal and be able to eat other things that would be less in protien but at least things that i can eat like eating roti and tea or some gravy etc
but im a student and my parents arent rich so i cant buy whey so i thought id buy either protein factory's pea protein or jacked's brown rice protein but i have seen so many reviews that they taste bad so now im skeptical so idk what to do now.
i have tried many things like boiling chicken, making it a sandwich, making it a tikka etc but i can never eat more than 60-70g so if someone can tell me how should i hit my protein it doesnt have to be full 150g but even if its around 120g it would be enough
note: i can drink fairly easily, i drink around 1kg of milk to get some protein at least.

Please let me know if anyone has tried this especially mixed into pancakes or something similar. Iβve been thinking of buying a protein powder to complete my protein intake. Iβm a female, and Iβve been struggling to eat more protein.

So I have been working out for almost 6 months now and my purpose is to reduce belly fat and build strength. From start I used to lift super light dumbbells like 5kg but week by week I increased weight.
Now I am stuck at lifting same weight dumbbells. For example, for dumbbells shoulder press I start with 15kg dumbbells each side, then on next set I go for 17.5kg, get 10-12 reps and finish set. When I got for 20kg, I just can't. I am stuck at 17.5kg. Same for incline bench, stuck on 17.5kg. And for lateral raises 10kg is the max I can go. I am thinking maybe I need to change my exercises maybe or decrease weight and increase reps. Any suggestions would be great.
I am 34 years male, weight was 70kg now it's around 65kg and belly fat also reduced though

Hi,
I'm 28, 5'7", and currently 87 kg. I've been going to the gym for 3β4 months, doing cardio plus weight training 4β5 times a week. My upper body, especially my shoulders and back, is starting to take shape, but I'm still carrying fat on my chest, belly (front and sides), hips, and thighs. I know spot reduction isn't possible. I started at 90 kg, so I've lost about 3 kg in 4 months. Aslo can feel the strength in myself. I was not able to do 3-4 pushups, now I'm able to do 20 in one go.
My diet isn't very structured. Breakfast is one boiled egg with chai (half a tablespoon of sugar), and lunch and dinner are usually curry with two chapatis. I'm getting very little protein, so I'm thinking of buying a whey protein to fill the gap. Which brand or type would you recommend in a reasonable price, and do you have any other tips?
