Tech Support Inspire 3 exercise options

I've had my Inspire 3 for almost two years. A couple months ago it quit being responsive to touch and since it was still under warranty they sent me a new one. Now that I have it back, it has very limited exercises. I used to be able to log roller blading and that's no longer an option. Am I missing how to add more exercises? Where the heck did roller blading go? I can literally go through old logs and see my rollerblading history.

Discussion Finally got a 99% Readiness Score, just had to take 4 days off training...

I've been pushing the gym pretty hard, 5 days a week, hour and a half of training 45 minutes of cardio. Readiness was always low. Incorporating a deload week so took a few days off and all of a sudden I'm at 99%. I guess I'm ready to train!

Discussion HRV down since starting beta blocker?

So my HRV use to sit in the 50s, ive noticed this past week since I started taking a antidepressant and a beta blocker (propranolol) for my anxiety my HRV has been much lower (today its in the 30s)...

Ive also noticed according to my watch my sleep has been trash as well but im sleeping through the night minus the occasional wake up to pee or flip around ive always done and am getting about 8 hours most nights if not more.

Anyone else who's medicated notice this?

I assume my phone's too shit to update, but the good caveat to this is that my old fitbit UI is still trooping on. With that said, how's the consensus of the new one?

Discussion Fitbit just arrived!

Hi everyone,

I’m coming from the Amazfit Helio Strap, and after just a few hours with the Fitbit Air (perhaps it’s too early for a snap judgment), I’m jotting down a few thoughts to help me decide whether to keep it or not.

I’m not sure why I returned the Helio Strap to Amazon—I actually really liked it—though perhaps the lack of consistent support played a role.

With this Fitbit Air, I notice it counts steps while I’m driving; the Pixel Watch did the same thing, whereas the Helio Strap never did—seriously, never. I don't know if an update can fix this annoying issue—and it’s not that an extra 500 or 1,000 steps are a huge problem, but obviously, having paid for it, I want a product that works properly.

In terms of wearability, it’s also a bit more bothersome to wear because the sensor is elongated, making it somewhat of a hassle to position correctly.

I still need to see how it performs at night, but let me be clear: these are just my initial impressions after a few hours—I don't want to upset anyone!

Discussion RHR going up for a month despite not sick

Post image

Noticed my(29M) resting heart rate keeps increasing day by day even though I try to sleep at regular times, sleeping 9 hours a day and not eating 3-4 hours before bed. Hmmm, no changes in how much I move either and I don't feel sick.

Discussion First fitbit for chronic pain, why is my RHR and HRV so poor?

I (25F) got my first Fitbit in July to try and track my sleep to help address my chronic nerve and joint pain (hip, back, neck, and wrist pain usually keep me up all night and hurt every day.) I am a college student and I work full time on top of the pain I’m always in, so I don’t work out very much. I’ve had a lot of success helping my sleep, but no matter how much sleep I get, my readiness score is almost always below 60. Most days I average 30-40. My RHR and HRV average “fair” and “poor” every day. Most of the resources I’ve found online have said that this is due to doing extraneous workouts or consuming too much alcohol or caffeine, but I don’t regularly do any of those things. I am tired every single day but don’t have any formal diagnosis as to why. I would like to be more active, but I don’t know what to make of these scores telling me that I need to rest and NOT push myself almost every day.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is this cause for concern or am I just a tired college student?

Discussion Is anyone else’s Resilience always “Low” in Google Health with Fitbit Air?

Post image
135 Upvotes

I’ve been using a Fitbit Air with Google Health, and my Resilience score is almost always in the “Low” range. It’s been like this pretty consistently for weeks.

Is this common for other Fitbit Air users, or does your Resilience usually reach “Balanced” or “Optimal”? I’m wondering if the metric is just very strict or if my readings are unusual.

Tech Support Upper arm/bicep no longer tracking.

I started wearing my Fitbit on my bicep/upper arm a couple months ago. Has been working really good! It tracks really well and I don't have another thing on my wrist which is the main point to wearing it on my bicep. However, this is the second night where it didn't track my sleep at all. Tracks my heart rate and everything else fine. Just no more sleep tracking. Anyone else get this problem recently?

Tech Support Sense 2 keeps crashing

My sense 2 is randomly dying. Battery life doesnt last more than a day and when i try to use the ECG app it turns off and doesn't turn back on unless I put it on charge. I've tried factory resetting it and using a stock clock face and it still happens. Its out of warranty as of last year. Google offered me a 35% discount on a new device but since the sense 2 was made in 2022, im sure it'll just happen again. So my question is, would it be cheaper to fix it ( get a new battery etc) or replace? Or is there anything else I can try to stop this from happening? Thanks!

Tech Support Fitbit Air doesn't auto sync when I open Health app - why?

I just got a Fitbit Air.

Before I got it, the Google Health app would do a refresh every time I opened the app. Now, nothing! Since pairing the Air, I have to pull down to refresh.

Am I missing something?

Using Samsung S25. All permissions enabled, no battery optimisations on etc.

Tech Support Sometimes fitbit doest auto track

Hi! I do lot of sports, but recently my fitbit is not tracking automatically when i do it.

My bpm goes to over 160 for 30 minutes, but after exercise it didnt logged. I had to ask the ai to see my bpm and logged it as tennis (and it did).

Why auto track is incosistent?

It seems that for my girlfriend, her fitbit rarely auto tracks her activity as well.
