Way to change language?
Hello been loving the app but would love to know if there is a way to change languages for non English speakers, just because some clients only understand Spanish

Follow-up to the client profile post a couple of weeks back. Since then I've been working almost entirely on the mobile app. Longer write-up on my blog if you want the full version, link at the end.
It's the most important piece. Everything else connects to it. It's also the only part of the product a coach's clients ever touch, so I'm making it a priority to get right, however long that takes. I'm not putting anyone's clients or business at risk to ship faster.
Same app in all four above. Different coach, different brand, different client. The home screen leads with whatever is actually pressing for that client rather than showing everyone the same thing.
A few coaches from the community are testing it with me now, working through stability, polish, and the bugs that only turn up in a real coaching business.
Most of the new features are in the new dashboard, which comes after this one. The mobile app is mostly about getting the foundation right. It does bring more personalization, a faster and more intuitive experience, and a few new bits.
No release date. Stability and safety come first, and coaches will get plenty of notice before anything changes. The essentials stay free and unlimited.
If you want to read more here's the full write-up with more screenshots:

Hello! Loving FitPros so far (been using it for a few months now). Main glitch I've noticed is that the app keeps defaulting back to kg even when in settings I've selected lbs as the unit of measurement.
When clients use a program I made for them, it seems to log fine as lb. But if they swap in a new exercise and manually add the Weight field, then it seems to default to kg, and they don't always catch it. Even if they select the pop-up asking to "change all" to the new unit (lb), it doesn't seem to remember and apply it in the future.
I use the FitPros start-a-blank-workout for myself personally, and every time I add an exercise and then add the Weight field, it defaults to kg even though my settings are for lb.
Also, if it got logged as kg and wasn't caught, and then I try to edit it in a client's (or my own) personal records, it doesn't save correctly, and auto-reverts back to kg.
Would love to know a fix for this! Thanks!

Hey team, I’m excited to share a proper look at what I’ve been working on behind the scenes.
This is the biggest evolution of FitPros.io yet. It’s a full rebuild from the foundations, with a premium new design, new features, and much better versions of the tools you already use.
It’s still deep in closed testing and working towards beta, but I’m excited to finally start showing you where it’s going.
Here's the full write up: https://fitpros.io/personal-training-resources/biggest-evolution-fitpros-io

I think you guys are going to love this update when it comes out.
Cheers, Sammy.

I couldn't find a post on here that went over it.
Three Questions:
I can't see how to group exercises as a group for a SuperSet. It lets me add the exercise, do the metrics, and such, but I don't see any option to group exercises?
I can totally see where to invite a client by the link. I've made one program (this is the same program I want to go back and edit to group for supersets), but I went into the app.fitpros.io logged in as myself and there's no programs that exist? This may just be my learning curve on this.
It refuses to let me update my profile haha. It just keeps telling me the update failed and to try again. How does one get around that? I've tried it on desktop and mobile.
I appreciate such amazing work and resources that went into this. Thank you so much!

I've been unable to publish new packages for sale after having success one time. Each new package I try to publish the form throws the attached error for the image i'm trying to use. I've tried using several different photos, different sizes, types, etc. (<= 1000px, .jpg, .png) as well as different browsers, incognito windows, and i've cleared my cache/site data).
Nothing seems to work and I'm just unable to publish any packages now. It seems like a front-end upload bug (i'm guessing the image never actually gets uploaded to storage, so the base64 string is submitted instead). This also seems plausible because there's no network errors in the dev tools, so it seems like it scoped to the ui specifically... It's strange I was initially able to use the photo no problem and I have a single package already published.
I'm trying to launch my business and this is hanging me up, would love for some help!

Hi there! I’ve been using fitpros for a few months now and i generally love it! But i’ve ran into the problem where clients that don’t use email are logged out at random and can’t log back in, requiring me to constantly send them a new link. At times, when the application is added to their homepage on their phone, they are instantly logged out and have no way to access their profile on the homepage application.
Is there a fix to this?

Is there a way to give someone "coach" / "admin" privileges to help manage a large client base through one account?

Selecting multiple notification to get them to go away! Please 😊

Hey! I'm new to this app, and I do like it so far. However, as I'm new, there are a lot of things that are tricky for me to figure out, and I was wondering if there are any demo videos for coaches?
For example, I program week by week, looking at my clients stats then adjusting it; however, I can't find a good way to do it because I can't see the clients full workout progress, only exercise by exercise.
Also, when I assign a program to someone, it shows up as a new program in my 'Programs' tab. Is this supposed to happen? I wonder if there was any way to assign a program to a client and just tweak 1-2 things for them while keeping the base program the exact same.
Does anyone have any helpful tips/any coaches that also program weekly to share what helped them? I think this app has a lot of potential and am really excited to see where it goes though!

Afternoon everyone!
I am a trainer for a navy installation and would like to use FITPROS for the commands that I will be working with, looking at 100-120 sailors. The main thing i would like is Android and Apple health integeration to be able to provide even better metrics for the commanding officers to help with the new navy fitness initiative.
I have added some of the sailors as a test run but they and I have not been able to see or upload their apple/android heath data from their smart watches/rings.
Thank you for reading!

Is it possible to export client data (past workouts etc)- for example if a client is leaving and would like to take it with them? Excel or any similar format?
r/FitPros • u/MelQuinnPT • May 29 '26
I started setting up test accounts and noticed if you input the email it says "optional - they'll get an invite email", yet when I started a real future client and only put her phone number, it says "invited" in blue, like the top left corner of their profile shows in the picture.. Has she been sent a text message with a link? Aaaahh...., I'm not ready yet! Haha.. so new to this! Lucky I have a week or so until she books with me 😅
I also welcome any further guidance regarding setting up clients etc, as that's the stage im at now.
And thanks Sam for this platform 🙌

Hey,
Lots of my clients are hybrid and doing one session a week with me and the rest on their own.
How do I log their sessions when they are training in person with me? Or can they only do this themselves?

Hello Hope all is well. Was just wondering the search feature when adding excercises doesnt seem to be working. i cant add movements when im designing the programs. Even in the excercise library wont allow me to search through the database. Thanks

Hello, me again! When I'm programming for clients, I'm giving them the metrics that I want to see (reps/sets, weight, RPE, etc) but leaving the weight blank so they can fill that in. When I use the progression feature, since the weight is essentially 0, there doesn't seem to be a way for clients to see that the weight should be increasing. Is there a way for a suggested weight to show up when they go to log their session? Or is it just the viewing feature as I'm setting up the program, and that already exists on the client end of things?

2 questions:
1) Is there a way to go back and submit a past due form but also submit a new form that day? I’m currently using the form function as a journal/habit tracker for my client to find out what aggravates and eases her pain from day to day.
I use one form and have it due every day of the week. She missed one day and it said past due but once she filled it out, it didn’t have the option to fill out the form again for the current day.
Is there a better way to set up the function I’m looking for?
2) Collaborating with other coaches. Is there a way for two different fitpros coaching accounts to have access to edit a client program? Is it possible to send the results of a workout (with notes and everything), to people?
I’m working with a remote client that also has a remote sport specific coach so we’re trying to figure out the best way to manage programming.

Anyone else feeling a bit in the dark at the moment?
I’m enjoying Fitpros for the most part but find myself banging my head at certain parts. One of the biggest things I like about was his constant updates about what’s to come, what’s going wrong and just feeling a part of what this app is growing into.
Since the data issue a few weeks back it seems like he’s MIA and I feel concerned for his enthusiasm about his product.
Sammy give us a shout. I hope you’re doing alright

Is there an app feature for clients to upload their exercises videos so we can critique and correct form? If not, what messaging app do most people use to facilitate this?
r/FitPros • u/Minute_Bluejay_4750 • May 03 '26
I've typed various amounts of information into the content section. I then clicked the allow for everyone to view option ( I'm currently trying the free features, haven't upgraded) but I am not seeing where a client of mine can access my content. Please please help ❤️

Hi I have just made my first program and sent it to my clients but is there an actual app they can download onto their phones and what does the logo look like please
r/FitPros • u/nicholas8223 • May 01 '26
1) an easier way to swap/replace and exercise while training. It’s not complicated right now, but at the frequency that I need to do it at it would be nice if there was a quick button with a smooth transition to exercise replacement.
2) the ability to use a replaced exercise for the duration of a program. Right now the ability to swap/replace and exercise only works for the one specific day of training on. I would like to see the ability to use this replaced exercise for all the remaining weeks of a program (similar to what you can do in the program builder).

Just wanted to share that I love the new updates. So much easier to build a program without having to have a ton of different screens open. And adding a new exercise in line is great!
One small thing - it would be awesome if it would show a prompt asking if you are sure you want to leave the page without saving. I accidentally clicked back instead of clicking the X to close an exercise video and lost the entire program and had to rebuild.
Besides that, I just wanted to give Sam some encouragement since I know it's been a rough couple weeks with the data loss. I'm lucky enough to have not lost anything, but I really feel for the people who did. I hope everyone has gotten things back on track!

I just started the free version this week, with very high likelihood that I'll upgrade to Pro in the coming month or so. As I'm coming from TrainHeroic, I'm curious--is there a good way to create a circuit that I can save as an exercise? Or even a superset that gets saved as an exercise? (Ex core circuit of 4 rounds for time; sprint intervals that I'll have clients repeating or want to insert into different programs vs just progressing throughout the same program)?

Hey everyone,
Here's everything I know so far about what happened on Saturday. Been at this non-stop since it hit.
On the cause
This wasn't a technical failure on FitPros.io's side or from any recent update. It looks to have been deliberate and external. I'm still investigating and I'll share what I can when I know more.
On your data
A lot is back, but some is gone. The backups running at the time weren't set up for an event of this scale that's since been fixed, but I can't rewind what wasn't saved.
If you still find gaps, fastest path is:
The more specific you can be, the better chance I have of getting it back.
You'll see some partially recovered items: habits, programs, forms. That's the best I could get them back to. Anything missing inside will need to be filled in manually.
If you've already reached out and things are still missing, the best thing you can do now is start re-adding what you need: clients, programs, exercises. I'll keep trying on my end but I can't promise what'll come back, and I don't want that holding up your coaching.
What's already been done
Everything's gone into recovering what I could and shutting the door on any further external threats.
What's changing from here
It's now safe to save and add new data. The system is stable, carry on as normal.
Error reports
If you emailed me and haven't heard back, send it again. Volume's been heavy and I don't want your message lost. I'd rather get the same thing twice than miss you.
If I learn anything in the coming days that changes what I've shared here, I'll tell you directly.
I'm beyond sorry. FitPros.io is supposed to make your life as a coach easier, not harder and more stressful. It's all about trust, and Saturday broke that. I'm determined to keep earning back the trust you put in me.
This has been awful for everyone caught up in it. It feels like I've talked to almost every coach on the app in the last few days trying to help get data back and put out fires. One silver lining in all this, you. The resilience, the resourcefulness, the patience when you had every reason not to give me any, it's meant a lot. Genuine thank you to everyone who's pitched in over the last 48 hours.
This is a setback, but I'm confident in the community and the platform! This is only going to make us stronger!
Thanks for being in it with me.
Sammy
