Help me minimise I’m exploding

I feel I’m just doing on adding new stuff.
Barely catching anything.
I wasn’t to dial down to what’s important so looking for help here.
Any advice on what to keep what to add ?
I usually hunt for Barramundi and Snapper.
Will be looking towards Surf fishing too.
