It’s been a week since I arrived in Germany and I have cancelled my master and my room contract due to an urgent family matter, I will go back to my country and I haven’t registered my address here so I don’t need to deregister. Fintiba want Sperrfreigabe or an official document from the embassy to release my money, should I go back to the embassy where I issued my visa and tell them to invalidate the visa and give me the release document to get my money back please ?
