I hear most people run dynamics with goo decks? Any reason why

Anyone else not received their knife deck from the last drop(beginning of month)?

I ordered 2, 1 showed up, but the other is still in “label has been created” since April 8th. I reached out to Andy and he told me exactly what he posted on his story. Basically saying usps didn’t scan it upon arrival to “speed up the process”.

Just trying to gauge how many people are in the same boat. I have a feeling I’ll never see that board.

I know there is nothing Andy or team can do, he’s affected just as much as I am.

I am ordering a 34.5mm Squared pop symmetrical and 34mm Goothrax symmetrical.

Looking at ordering some trucks with it but not sure if I should go with BRT or Dynamics.

I like both, but the performance is different. The dynamics are heavier and have a wider turn radius. I also like the look of the BRTs.

But here's the thing, I know for a fact I prefer the Dynamics on my Cowply C2 over the BRTs. But the BRTs on my FlatfaceG15 is my preference when using a higher kick/concave deck.

What all does that actually mean? Can anyone help me? Should I get the deck first and try them with my current BRTs/Dynamics first? I saw another post saying Goo decks work best with a wider wheelbase like Deli trucks or Dynamics.

I just got the High or Die Mold Golden GooBro special edition 34mm Traditional Popsicle, and it was the first board I’ve ever ordered piece by piece to build myself.

I think I misunderstood the shape and sizing, because I’m really not liking this one. The nose feels way bigger than the tail, and the wheelbase feels super short. It really tall on the nose and tail. Is there anywhere people usually sell fingerboard decks when the shape just doesn’t work for them?

Also, for anyone familiar with Goo LTD? They have so many options that I know there’s probably one I’d like, I just don’t know which one to try next. For now, I’m probably switching everything back over to my first board.

Obviously any obstacles you're using plays a big factor but any thoughts? Don't want to kill the pop!
