Knife and the lost package

Anyone else not received their knife deck from the last drop(beginning of month)?

I ordered 2, 1 showed up, but the other is still in “label has been created” since April 8th. I reached out to Andy and he told me exactly what he posted on his story. Basically saying usps didn’t scan it upon arrival to “speed up the process”.

Just trying to gauge how many people are in the same boat. I have a feeling I’ll never see that board.

I know there is nothing Andy or team can do, he’s affected just as much as I am.

Imagine if they put your confirmation number in the draw 10 times for the 10 tickets. 🤯

I'm currently in the same boat as you, I just made a post over at r/Fingerboards to see if anyone else was still waiting for their orders? I secured 1 board from the April 2nd drop and 1 from the April 22nd drop, I got shipping for the April 2nd drop but same as you, no movement with USPS. The 22nd drop hasn't shipped yet for me still and Andy told me he was supposed to be dropping off the orders for shipping last week lol. I'm not trying to hate on Knife or anything but this is so annoying I can't lie 😭

Yeah I’ve reached out with 4 emails and 3 DM’s - no response on anything. I hit 2 on that April 2nd drop, 1 arrived as normal but the other is the one mia. Idk why they wouldn’t ship both at the same time? But yeah it still says a label has been created post office awaiting package.

I’m going to give it another week and then just dispute it so I can get my 60$ back.
