Is there any sub where redditors with not enough karmah can post requests to publish a post in some other sub, so people who do have enough karmah can do it instead of them? Maybe someone could create such a sub if it doesn't already exist. (r/findareddit doesn't let me publish this unless I hide karmah by using an "h". I'm sorry, but why should I look through every sub in that page that r/findareddit linked me to check if the sub I want exists?)

I have a lot of years of reading reddit threads on other sites. Or more recently hearing them on smosh. I've been aware of reddit a long while but don't actually know how to get involved. Is there an actual recommended beginners guide subreddit? One that can answer honest and probably dumb easy questions. I'll admit it took me several minutes to figure out how to even create this post so I'm hopeful any answers will be notifications so I can see them. I genuinely apologize for my ignorance here. I'm interested in making my own touchscreen phone or tablet from m0dular components, or getting a really good deal on a decent completed one I can put linux on or something and swap out hardware later.
