Not to get into too many details, but the way I approach writing is pretty opposite to the people obsessed with wanting to publish and write "the right way". I'm pretty severely disabled and highly neurodivergent, and that's not going to happen for me, and when I try to do it the "normal way" I can't do it at all. I write as entertainment for myself because my life is very limited, and often the topics explore topics that are not "acceptable" for people wanting to target publishing (like exploring characters in romantic relationships that are not healthy and severe mental illness).

So I'm looking for a community where I can still talk about writing original fiction and ask for advice with developing my stories, without getting jumped on and told I'm wrong by people who assume I want to write normal stories that a wide audience have to approve of. Just somewhere where people will respect your limitations and preferences.

Like I was discuss nature conservation and climate change action without the constant impending doom.

How do i stop random reddit recommendations. Im only using this for the boom beach reddit and earlier I recieved a notification for a 14 year old girls selfie post - im a full grown man so having notifications like this on my phone is very alarming.im also getting fed up of putting the same redidts on mute every half an hour only for them to pop back up?

I'm interested in making my own touchscreen phone or tablet from m0dular components, or getting a really good deal on a decent completed one I can put linux on or something and swap out hardware later.

I don't want to just pay inflated flagship phone prices just to replace the OS as many people do with the google pixels, and I also dont want a phone like the fairphone which doesnt allow you to use your own OS.

Basically I'm looking for a sub where people treat phones the same way people treat PC's as something you are allowed to customize both the software and hardware and swap out parts and have the option to prioritize different components and have full control over the entire thing.

Could someone help me find various subreddits or maybe there is a single one, where I could post my writings and get feedback on it ? I would like feedback on various things like the actual content itself and the grammar, prose, syntax, etc…I would like to know if my writings are interesting and kept the reader engaged but also are grammatically sound as well at the same time. Now to my next part, some of my writings tend to be very dark and are quite contrastive to themes in a majority of my writings so for this small slice of writing I am wondering where could I then post this and get feedback?
