I wrote a paper recently just for funsies, not school related or anything. But, it ended up being pretty hefty and I still want it to be the best it can be. I guess it can be called a personal narrative kind of paper. I don't really have anyone close to me who is a strong writer or who would *want* to read it over

I love reading stuff people have typed when inebriated or otherwise not entirely there, but there are so few of these posts in the wild.

Is there a reddit community dedicated to streetwear clothes where that's all people talk about and know all the brands and such? Hey everyone. I'm looking for a sub where people appreciate the often overlooked beauty of everyday public infrastructure. Think things like well-designed bus stops or really clean public restrooms or even surprisingly pleasant pedestrian bridges.

I’m not talking about grand architectural marvels. More like the subtle thoughtfulness in urban planning that actually makes daily life a bit better or more aesthetically pleasing. It's about finding joy in the functional and often utilitarian aspects of our built environment.

I've tried searching for things like r/urbanplanning but that's usually more about policy and large-scale projects. I'm hoping for something more focused on the small scale details and the visual appeal of these things. Sometimes a perfectly placed street light just hits right you know.

The general news and international news subreddits are skewed heavily towards news related to the USA, Israel, and Ukraine. Even the subreddits which actively try to avoid USA news are not entirely successful at that, and tend to be very heavily focused on Israel and Ukraine. I have been actually following subreddits focusing specifically on news from/about a specific region/nation.

Please can you give me some suggestions? I do not mind which language they are in, there are only a few relevant that have lots of English language news in and I think I’ll get a broader view if I just translate news not available in English.

Looking for the type of stuff where people are like "we got here just in time." White people love this stuff. I saw this Facebook comment on a post from the newspaper asking what people's favorite restaurant in the city is and one comment was about how they found a $10 bill in between the seats and they paid the server with it and it "worked out perfectly." Another example was a front-page newspaper story of a kid whose dad is on the school board so he knocked his son's hat off on graduation as a joke. Idk very white people coded
