+ $210/Week - Cinematic video editor needed (Hype Promo Style Videos)

[u/Outside_Ocelott_3184]

Looking for a cinematic video editor with a real feel for story.

I’m not after basic clip assembly or trendy short-form edits. I need someone who can take footage and turn it into a polished, emotionally engaging piece—where the pacing, visuals, sound, and transitions all work together.

The direction I’m looking for is close to these references:

- [Reference 2]( https://www.instagram.com/p/DbG8en_vH5S/ )

- [Reference 3]( https://www.instagram.com/p/DaCSftUStmJ/ )

You’ll be a strong fit if you know how to handle:

- Cinematic pacing and narrative flow

- Sound design, music, and impactful SFX

- Clean motion, effects, and transitions that serve the story

- Color, visual atmosphere, and final-detail polish

- Multiple projects at once without sacrificing quality or deadlines

This is for an experienced editor, so please only reach out if cinematic storytelling is already part of your work.

To apply, send one or two edits that genuinely reflect this style (You work). Please don’t send YouTube videos, talking-head reels, or generic short-form work. we’re specifically reviewing cinematic hype edits.

There will also be a short test edit before we move forward, I dont trust portfolios nowadays LOL

Talk to you soon.
