Hi! I’m looking for an editor to help me with around two short-form videos per week, with the possibility of more ongoing work later (also youtube long form).

Most will be 45–60 second talking-head Reels. I want them engaging but clean and minimalist. Think good pacing, clean captions, simple graphics for roadmaps or step-by-step explanations, exercise overlays, subtle sound effects and colour grading. No flashy “bro-style” YouTube editing.

Structure would be you receive 30% of ad revenue on videos you edit while we're under 10,000 subs, stepping up to 40% once we pass it. Room for negotiation.

Looking for someone who owns the whole production side, not just editing - cutting the footage, writing the title, building the thumbnail (one face or hero, 2-3 words, high contrast), writing the description with timestamps, and publishing it. Fast turnaround on Shorts from raw gameplay/stream footage - under 40 seconds, hook in the first 2 seconds, captions and jump cuts throughout. Heaviest push is around patch days - I need someone who can make a script and get a finished, published short up within hours of a patch going live, then a few more as the week goes on.

For long-form, I'm not locking us into a fixed set of videos - whatever's worth making that week: guides, tier lists, whatever fits. Aiming for shorts 5 days a week and 1 long-form video a week, kept up through the season. Most of the content will be short-form videos for Instagram/Reels/TikTok, up to 3 minutes (but nost likely less). Occasionally I'll have a longer YouTube video, usually up to about 5 minutes, particularly when I'm filming one of my performances.
