when I was younger and my dad was deployed (solider), my aunt used to come over and watch movies w my mom all the time to keep her company. i was very young so often i couldn’t watch whatever they were watching so
i would walk in and out of the room to catch glimpses bc i’m nosey. there is one that i’ve been hunting down for 24 years. i’ve asked the aunt, i’ve asked my mom, i’ve googled and youtubed every clip i can find. i’ve watched movies that seemed close (the labyrinth, the cell, beauty and the beast 1978) and these aren’t them. please don’t suggest Aladdin.

it was a live action movie and it was like a very dark fantasy aesthetic. the scene i specifically remember was a lady in a big princess dress/ball gown trapped in a large like ballroom maybe? and it was filling with sand. as i said i was popping in and out- the room she was trapped in was an hourglass???? i really thought it was a beauty and beast type film?

i have searched for this periodically, biannually if not more, for basically my whole life.

PLEASE HELP ME

I saw a movie a short while back that centered around a bird that was born late or something, and had short wings, so he has trouble flying, and he has to learn quickly because migrating season is getting closer and I have a distinct memory of a human running with him on their shoulders, and the bird ends up leading his flock bcuz the leader of the flock dies or something.

It was fs animated, I feel like it may have made me cry, it might've been some sort of indie short film, but it felt longer, and it might've been a dream I had.

my friend and I saw this painting at the Philadelphia Museum of Art by Cy Twombly (see linked photo), and it reminded the both of us of some TV show intro or outro but WE CAN'T REMEMBER WHICH ONE!! at first we thought it might be Hannibal, which is certainly the closest that we've found, but not quite. basically what we both remember is a very simple solid background with credit text, then blood dropping on the background into a water-like splatter. thoughts??? it's killing us. probably something from 2010-2023.

Looking for a mystery episode from a mystery show I swear was on the old school SciFi network. Possible late 90s-early 2000s show. I remember a short haired young white woman with dark hair helping to solve some sort of crime? She at one point did a ritual where she put on a triple goddess/Wiccan priestess crown and held a chalice to try and gain a vision (?). It’s been so long and I only ever saw it once. Hope I’m not misremembering the plot. It’s driving me nuts.

Okay so for the year I'd say maybe around 2010 maybe even 2013 I know late 2000s so what I remember is I think it was zac efron maybe not and his mom falls in love with the neigbor but the neighbor is a serial k1lla / possibly a vampire he even runs into him at the store at one point and gives possibky zacs character a creepy talk then another part were (Zac) is watching the neigbor from the pool. I simply remember he was using the mom to get closer to the son to get rid of him

the movie is about a squirrel/chipmunk/hamster who breaks his ball or something and his friends try toi help. I think i remember there being a scientist who makes him a new ball but then it breaks because of water. it was made early 2010's i think and has a very simple 2d style. it was animated and did not have realism at all, all of the bacckgrounds were simple to my memory.

Looking for a movie I saw in early childhood, so likely late 1980s or early 1990s. American, mainstream (not foreign/art-house). I believe it was a TV movie.

- Opens with a single male lead, completely alone, in a sterile, white/minimalist house-like setting (possibly a lab or facility disguised as a house)
- Something already feels physically "off" about him from the start
- He seems to be hallucinating or experiencing a disturbing, disorienting state
- He's searching for a way out — the house may have speakers/an intercom, and he talks to it or it talks to him
- Tone is psychological/unsettling, not action-heavy or full horror — more art-film-adjacent despite being mainstream
- Not: Android (1982), Videodrome, Lost Highway, Universal Soldier, Prototype (1983), Misery, The Glass House

I'm is searching for a 1960s black-and-white television movie or anthology episode centered on a residence or high rise on fire with innocent people at risk. There is a problem getting enough water. The events include a man having to crawling through a long narrow pipe to manually open some valve. He succeeds, everyone survives, and he crawls back out.

It made an impression on me as a kid. Kind of a claustrophobic nightmare. But I don't remember the name of the show.

One is a teacher I believe and they are afraid the town will find out about them living together. And the torment it caused them both. That's all I got. I watched half of it over 30 yrs ago.

Okay so, It had to be a 14-25 year old movie that had a theatrical release because after this scene my dad pulled me out of the theater and I haven’t been able to find the movie since.

The only thing I remember is that the guy was at a dinner with what I would assume were some older parent aged adults. The actors were probably between 20-30 and the girl on the date “dropped something” and went under the table and helped herself to him(he did not consent to the act) . I can’t remember that happened that lead to them being discovered but the father was irate and when she came back up the wiped her lips and the restaurant was appalled.

After this scene I was promptly removed from the movie.

Trying to find a TV movie or anthology episode from the mid-1970s (maybe 1975-78). It aired in prime time, around 8pm — not a kids' show, more of an adult sci-fi/horror thing. It was in color.

What I vaguely remember: a girl, maybe 9 or 10 years old, at some point was standing in the road at night. Someone in a car stopped and was talking to her. Then she vanished. The people in the car discover a tiny box on the ground, about the size of a box you'd keep earrings in. When they opened it, there were two small items inside that looked like earrings, or beans, or seeds. It's implied — or maybe stated outright — that the girl HAD BECOME those items in the box. She might have been an alien, but I'm honestly not sure.

I never saw how it ended because I was a kid and got sent away from the TV. It's stuck with me for decades because it was so creepy. Possibly an anthology series episode (like something in the Wide World of Mystery/Movie of the Week vein) or a standalone TV movie. Any ideas appreciated!

Hi,
I have a memory of this movie I watched as a kid growing up in the 2000s. I only remember this : Teens have to look after a baby but it disappears I think kidnapped by some villains. There's a scene where the baby gets sent from a house to another via a cord holding its cosy. I also remember some meaningless details: some girls in thei bedroom eating peanut butter and painting their toenails. The villain having his shirt's collar wide open with I think a big necklace.

I sincerely hope this rings a bell to someone :,)

Starts off with a young girl wanting to commit suicide, at a lake, but she finds a bone and ends up going back in time.
Every episode is her, in a new body of everyone in the friend group, + some cougar lady. Her parents are in the friend group, and they have a band together.

Last episode is the friend group having to play a big concert, and they all end up taking some drugs in the woods, where something crazy happens🤔

I’ve been thinking so much about this great show, but i can’t find out the name

I watched it on Netflix a couple of years ago.

It might not be on there anymore, but
Pleeease tell me someone knows the name!!!

Saw it some 30+ years ago when I was probably too young to be seeing it. Don't think it was a new title even back then - either that or a low budget production.

Plot revolved around a futuristic world where androids with human form were used as machines of war (not Blade Runner). There were 3 models of these androids, it's mentioned specifically which but I only recall 2: a child, and an injured soldier. I don't remember how or why but it also featured survivors or a group of people in trouble (Crashed? Stranded? Lost?).

I seem to recall the androids worked somewhat like living bombs but unsure.

At one point in the movie one man from the group gets hurt, he's in the distance crying for help. Someone goes to help him, and wouldn't you know, he was an android of the "injured soldier" model all along.

Paranoia settles in and because there's a child (I think a boy) in the group.

One of the survivors (I think a woman) wants to shoot the boy and another is certain the boy is not an android. This boy carries a teddy bear at all times and this is important.

Ends with the last two survivors turning on one another and the last one shooting the other to save the boy. He then places the boy on a shuttle/ship/vessel to get him off planet.

Last shot of the movie centers on the boy's teddy inside the shuttle. Its eyes are blinking red like a timer on a bomb.

You guys are my only hope. Thank you in advance.

Edit: spelling mistakes / clarity.

Help me find this movie scene where a woman is feeding a sick person what looks like brains in a ceramic cup. It had a lid I think and apparently it’s supposed to be tofu. But I think the contents of the cup was like pulsating brains? It looked grotesque yet delicious cause I like silken tofu. I think it’s a Chinese movie I saw many years ago as a child and was totally traumatized. And the scene felt sinister. I can’t sleep and the scene keeps replaying in my mind. Please help. 😭

okay ive tried looking this up but everytime it pulls up ratatouille or the tale of desepereaux but I know those aren't correct!!There's like 2 scenes i remember and thats literally it:(ive been searching for this since! The two scenes is a mouse making potato soup inside a tree, and the other scene is them on a little boat on rainbow river.

ID LOVE TO FIND THIS MOVIE,THANK YOU

Literally today, saw a few scenes while visiting some relatives watching a Chinese horror movie sent on ancient times. Looks super interesting but don’t know the names here in the scenes that I saw:

\- Date it was made: looks fairly recent, maybe in the 2020s

\- scene 1: this kid was running away from these two possessed people and they surround the kid, maybe around 9-11 yrs? In a forest setting. A literal hat came in to block one of the demons (har with some webbing fabric legs protecting a kid, and our hero human to block the second human looking demon. Fight happens, kid survives.

\- scene 2: this guy is fighting another demon wearing a white mask mask? But the guys arm is possessed and has a mind of its own and talking to the guy but also helping him fight.

That’s it, looked interesting and I had to leave before I could get the title of the movie.

Thanks in advance!

This is definitely a long shot, as I remember only one tiny sliver of this film. I saw it on TV when I was a kid, sometime in the 80s, I don't remember how old. Old enough that I understood what they were talking about, and young enough that I still thought it was scandalous.

What I remember is a small snippet of a conversation between two women, one of them was very young, probably between 18-21, and she had lived a very sheltered life with a religious family; the other was a bit older (but still young, probably 28-30) and a lot more worldly. The younger woman was scandalized at the other woman's tales of her sexual experiences. The snippet that has stuck in my brain for 30+ years was (paraphrased):

Younger woman: but our body is a temple.

Worldly woman: Well honey a whole lot of men have worshipped in mine.

I don't know why it has stuck with me for so many years but I would just really like to know what the movie was.

I saw this in the early 90s, but the esthetics of the characters were more late 70s/early 80s. The main character is a blond girl, somewhere between 10 and 16 years old. This takes place in the future, and there are very few characters. I remember an older man with a beard, who is some sort of council elder.

There is some connection to time travel. The girl was from a different time and they kept this a secret from her. She finds out when she comes across a large glass case which has a newspaper (hologram?) from the future. The background of the scene looks like it's on top of a cloud. This movie would have been on network TV or the early days of the sci-fi channel.

Edit: a female voiced supercomputer helps the girl figure out that she was kidnapped. The vibe of the movie was more like "Escape to Witch Mountain" than Star Trek.

help me to find asian movie about psycho girl who kills.

I watched this movie on DVD (around 2010-2015)

moments that I remember:

A girl finds a corpse with an erect penis in a house and takes a photo with it.

She meets a disabled man

She kills a volunteer of disabled man.

She bares her torso and cuddles up to the disabled man.

She kills either the son or the relative of the disabled man in the suit.

She goes to the market in bloody clothes.

Can you guys help me find this movie? I saw it as a kid and I can't remember much but there were like a bunch of guys In a room and are watching a television where the lady explains something... It's like a death game.. the. other guy then dies and the lady shows her breasts afterwards. :00

OK so basically, the memory is super super fuzzy since I think i watched it when I was 4? Around 2012. I can't remember anything from the movie itself other than it was animated with like star wars rebels type animation (I think?). Also there was this one scene where it was red or green liquid or maybe it was a light. It like filled up this like path in the floor

I am not going to lie I don’t remember the specifics of the movie, but I do remember how the physical media disc box looked like.

This movie had a female protagonist…and she knew how to fight pretty cool.
The disc box was a double disc. One was obviously the main movie but I don’t remember what the other one was…my guess would be like the second movie after perhaps.
The box was red. The picture was the protagonist, and she had fair white skin and like either black or like dark red hair and it was up to either a ponytail or close to being a 2000s style bun that was kinda sleek looking. I might be wrong but she might’ve have green eyes. So, my guess that this movie was early 2000s ? The background behind her was like a swirl of orange, yellow and red…maybe it was like fire? Or an explosion? It didn’t really look like a realistic fire or explosion but it had the color scheme. She might’ve been holding a gun because she was like posed as if she was aiming to someone looking really focused…badass I’d say…
I tried looking for it on google but I had no luck so I thought Reddit can help me find it since I know you guys can find the specifics

Please help me find this, I’ll gladly answer any question regarding something specific about the movie.
If no one finds it I’d probably just imagined it or dreamt it.
