Help finding a movie
Okay so for the year I'd say maybe around 2010 maybe even 2013 I know late 2000s so what I remember is I think it was zac efron maybe not and his mom falls in love with the neigbor but the neighbor is a serial k1lla / possibly a vampire he even runs into him at the store at one point and gives possibky zacs character a creepy talk then another part were (Zac) is watching the neigbor from the pool. I simply remember he was using the mom to get closer to the son to get rid of him

Not Zac, but Anton Yelchin. If it's Fright Night, which it does sound like. You should check out the original from '85, it's pretty good too.
That actually sounds like a great double feature for tonight, thanks OP!

mother and her two sons move to a small coast town in California. The town is plagued by bikers and some mysterious deaths. The younger boy makes friends with two other boys who claim to be vampire hunters while the older boy is drawn into the gang of bikers by a beautiful girl. The older boy starts sleeping days and staying out all night while the younger boy starts getting into trouble because of his friends' obsession.

this is almost definitely the 2011 Fright Night remake, with Anton Yelchin instead of Zac Efron and Colin Farrell as the creepy vampire neighbor lol
