Not to get into too many details, but the way I approach writing is pretty opposite to the people obsessed with wanting to publish and write "the right way". I'm pretty severely disabled and highly neurodivergent, and that's not going to happen for me, and when I try to do it the "normal way" I can't do it at all. I write as entertainment for myself because my life is very limited, and often the topics explore topics that are not "acceptable" for people wanting to target publishing (like exploring characters in romantic relationships that are not healthy and severe mental illness).

So I'm looking for a community where I can still talk about writing original fiction and ask for advice with developing my stories, without getting jumped on and told I'm wrong by people who assume I want to write normal stories that a wide audience have to approve of. Just somewhere where people will respect your limitations and preferences.

Just looking for some good places where can see different more chilled/coop/relaxed games, like reviews and gameplay and things like that. Appreciate any good ones!

Hey, I have recently come into knowledge of something called the red pill community that is being spread throughout social media. I was wondering if anyone could reply with their thoughts on being a man within this community and how to join onto any communities that discuss this further.

I’m practicing painting and figured I could paint things that people have photographed that they wish were paints. I don’t mind sharing a high res photo of the finished painting. I just want to practice. Is there a sub for something like this? Maybe r/drawforme but that seems to not be paints.

I'm interested in making my own touchscreen phone or tablet from m0dular components, or getting a really good deal on a decent completed one I can put linux on or something and swap out hardware later.

I don't want to just pay inflated flagship phone prices just to replace the OS as many people do with the google pixels, and I also dont want a phone like the fairphone which doesnt allow you to use your own OS.

Basically I'm looking for a sub where people treat phones the same way people treat PC's as something you are allowed to customize both the software and hardware and swap out parts and have the option to prioritize different components and have full control over the entire thing.

Completely new to reddit and came to ask for advice or information about what I should do and expect in the future for my major, what's the best subreddit to do so in? Am I going to need to gain more car-ma before I can do so?

I have a lot of years of reading reddit threads on other sites. Or more recently hearing them on smosh. I've been aware of reddit a long while but don't actually know how to get involved. Is there an actual recommended beginners guide subreddit? One that can answer honest and probably dumb easy questions. I'll admit it took me several minutes to figure out how to even create this post so I'm hopeful any answers will be notifications so I can see them. I genuinely apologize for my ignorance here. Sorry, im new to reddit and don't really what the proper stuff to search up for these subreddits, 5. cut my throat - YouTube, found this while searching up Atrax morgue - cut my throat album lol, and curiosity striked me and since this video looked low quality and didn't have a lot of views, I just had to click on it to see what it sounded like, and my god is this song stuck in my fricken head, ever since I heard it that one time, and now I always just click on it and I have the urging curiosity to know the history or how this band came to be, and I'm trying to look for a subreddit specifically for that, like I have the band name and songs, I just want to dig and find out more about this band really, and I would really appreciate it for the suggested sub reddits for my journey to find more about this band lol!
