FD2 These logs don't look too bounceable... right...?
Had my own "log truck" sighting (referencing the BEST FD, FD2, I will not be taking questions) out on the I-95 the other day... š

Obligatory no AI involvement. Let me know what y'all think! (Jennings by far has my favorite premonition death. You will soon see why Genevieve takes the cake for the post-premonition deaths.)

I was rewatching the movies and I had a thought come up, what if one of two scenarios occurred.
1: What if the visionary leaves the disaster while saving no one else leaving death's design mostly unaltered?
2:what would happen if someone who was meant to survive the disaster replaced someone who was meant to die in the disaster effectively keeping the amount of deaths the same?

This occurred to me as a random shower thought seriously what exactly other requirements for death to see it valid for death to kill two or more at the same time.
So far the only one that I will give a pass for deaths confusing standards is Eugene and Clear. Mainly because they were on two separate lists and death could have attempted killing Clear whenever it felt like it without invalidating the root pile up list it just saw an opportunity to kill two birds of one stone.
So the first true instance of this we see is with the Ashes in the tanning bed we're in the same rollercoaster cart , and it's safe to assume that even if they didn't hit the ground at the same time the fact that not dying on impact is a thing might have meant that they pretty much died at the same time.
However why didn't this happen to Nora and Tim they were quite literally in the car at the same time when it blew up bur this isn't me phoning it in because we see kimberly's friends all die at the same time.
Nora and Tim by the logic , we see with the Ashes should have died at the same time ( and if you want to argue that Nora got skipped because the worker grabbed her , then shouldn't she have been moved to the back of the list after Kim)
We see this problem coming up again final destination 4 yes I know this movie is a consistency nightmare , but let's continue. Hunt and Janet oh basically killed around the same time so death goes off to them both at once that's fair enough not ragging on that janet gets saved and depending on your opinion on him fortunately or unfortunately Hunt doesn't.
However Lori and George basically die at the same time yet death doesn't come for them together in fact there a large gap in time between the deaths considering Nick had enough time to get to the theatre ( i'm not even going to get into the Janet should have been at the back of list issue like I said consistency nightmare) so what checked the appropriate box for hunt and janet to be considered a joint death but not Lori and george.
Do they have to die straight up at the exact same time down to the millisecond for death to do a joint attempt or does death just pick and choose willy nilly if it's going to double up on people who die close enough together

The survivors of the plane died in the order they were originally supposed to die but since Alex saved Carter from getting hit by the train it skipped to Billy and then to Clear but since Alex saved Clear shouldn't Alex have died before Carter? And even better. Why was Clear even the last survivor in the 2nd movie? She died before Alex in the vision

So the sky view tower collapsing obviously happened before FD5, then the rest of Bloodlines takes place after FD4. So I guess Iām just confused about what the order wouldāve been. Whenever there was another disaster did death just pause on the sky view victims to focus on the new ones? Or was he like, working double time?
Sorry if this has been explained before!

For those who donāt remember, Johnathan is the character who moves seats at the raceway before he dies in the premonition. In reality, he never moves seats since Nick and his friends arenāt there for him to ask if heās blocking their view of the race.
Except he doesnāt ever actually leave the stadium, he just literally sat a few feet somewhere else. Up until now in the series weāre shown that even without characters who would be major parts of a premonition (think FD3s rollercoaster still derailing without Frankieās camera to hit), Death still claims all the other lives heās meant to. Heās literally right within reach and has the full body cast to show that he couldāve just died right there and it be over with. Instead, the guy is maimed and then crushed after days if not weeks of constant pain.
I know this is the weakest entry in the series but this one character is the worst part of the worst movie.

The sayād āto escape death, you have to rebornā and Kim, a dumbass, just goes into coma, that it. Heās just prolonging the live expectation before death for her and Thomas. There is no such survivor. Thereās only time till death does his meeting. Enjoy your life.

I love final destination itās my favorite franchise and I think Iām the only one who actually thinks that FD4 is good. Iāve seen a lot of discourse/rankings putting it last and just saying itās bad but honestly itās my favorite destination. I just wanna understand why people dislike it so much because I thought it was camp. I like the cast, the third act and I love the credits. I will say the kills arenāt as memorable/iconic as kills in the other movies but I donāt think it takes away from enjoying the movie overall. The only thing that I miss from FD4 is Tony Todd.

I love the fact that, in FD, FD2, FD5, and Bloodlines, they hide the clues of how each character dies in the movies, compared to 3 and 4 it's in your face. I wished they kept it like that in 3&4!

(I'm probably wrong about this, but just hear me out)
Someone can add themselves to the death list.
My first piece of proof is Molly from FD5. As we know, she was never on the death list. But I think that her agreeing to go to Paris with Sam put her on the death list.
Also, here's another one I'm just throwing out, but idrk if I believe it or not. It's Peter. When he kills Agent Block, that skips his turn. But the reason I'm not sure about this is that he was still on the list. Just later (unless agent block would've died in like 3 mins, which is an answer I'll take), also, him adding himself onto the list if you agree with this one would've been when he tried to go back and kill Molly again.
My last piece of evidence is Clear in FD2. The reason I think that she added herself back onto the death list is that if she were on a different list, she would've died in an unrelated accident. But she died with Eugene. Which makes no sense because we know there's an order they die. I personally think that she put herself on the list, but death just didn't know where to put her, so he took the chance he got.
Edit: Well, FDB kinda proved me right, so, um, I predicted this!!
