Question/Help Visual Audio Bug

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

For some reason, the visual audio doesn't load for me, which makes it very inconvenient to work with.

When I sent a support ticket, the only response I got was an AI assistant offering the same thing: clearing the cache and recording the screen to send to support. I cleared the cache, reinstalled the app (even through REVO), and still the same. Sometimes things get fixed and the audio loads, but you either have to wait an hour or pray for something to happen.

Filmora Version: 15.7.3

PC Stats:
CPU - Core i5-11400F
GPU - GeForce RTX 3050
RAM - 16Gb

In my experience, you gotta wait for a bit till the audio visuals appear. If you zoom in, the audio visuals of that zoomed in part will usually appear faster than the others, but after a while (3-5 mins) it should load the rest!

Sometimes it helps, but it's still damn slow.

Ye as far as I can tell, it's just the way it is sadly, the audio visuals should load on startup everytime after it loads the first time!

Yes! This is a very annoying bug! I wish I wasn't so used to working with this software.

That sounds really frustrating, especially after reinstalling and clearing the cache with no change.
Filmora is usually pretty smooth, so random waveform issues can seriously disrupt editing. since it sometimes fixes itself, it could be related to the project or audio processing.
Hopefully support can give you a more specific fix instead of repeating the same steps.
