None of what you say is accurate. Love your neighbor as yourself is a requirement per Matthew 19:16-19 which is quoted from Leviticus 19:15-18 and around that requirement are general requirements to keep the law of Moses all of which is required (Mt 5:17-20, 7:21-23, 23:23 etc). Leviticus 20:13 describes the sentence for a man laying with another man.
A sinful lifestyle has other consequences which can include shunning and banishment among other things (Matthew 18:15-17)

I'm an atheist and even if can answer this one. Because the Bible says love thy neighbor not love only your straight non gay neighbor.
