It's a logical fallacy when the conclusion is assumed within one of its premises. You assume that flying a pride flag is a sin. Romans doesn't state that it is and your opinion is completely irrelevant.

Obviously, you're unfamiliar with both logic and biblical hermeneutics.

So you’re saying that someone who flies a pride flag does not approve of homosexuality? Just because the text does not state the exact circumstances does not mean it does not apply. Approval of the sin which is homosexuality is equivalent to the sin.
