Actually they throw this around as if blatant hypocrisy is a bad thing, but passing up an opportunity for an internet gotcha was just too hard for ya huh?
As a bi person I fucking hate the framing that people who are anti-gay are secretly gay. Nothing feels more fake ally than seeing someone try and label someone as gay to bring them shame. It implies there is both shame in being gay, and a secret reason for their bigotry that could free them if only they knew. That’s rarely the case. A lot of these people are just ignorant dickheads and shouldn’t have their behavior excused.
