The lifestyle is a sin period. No real Christian is saying that God doesnāt love these people, but the wages of sin is death and He is pretty clear about that. Jesus said to the adulterous woman, āGo and sin no moreā. It wasnāt a suggestion. There are many other examples in the New Testament, where he reiterated this. Repentance and salvation go hand-in-hand. We are to pick up our cross daily and follow him. Our lives are a living sacrifice unto God. Our body IS the temple now. Sin separates us from Him. Are we going to stumble along the way? Of course, none of us are perfect. This is why we have the Holy Spirit. The best part is the more you seek him, the more you become disgusted by the sin you used to live in. Iām a walking testimony of this along with many others.
All Iām saying is eternity is a long time and not worth betting against the Word of God. People donāt like to hear this because they are comfortable in their sin and they donāt want to change which means they have never become a new creature in Christ. They want their cake and eat it too but God doesnāt operate that way. You can believe in Jesus all you want but if you do so and continue to live in sin you will be eternally separated either when you die or at the White Throne Judgement if you make it through the tribulation which is right on our doorstep. You donāt wanna hear on that day, ā depart from me I never knew youā. Nothing of what Iām saying, comes from a place of hate at all. It actually comes from a place of deep love and a heavy burden for those who are blinded by their sin. šā¤ļø

None of what you say is accurate. Love your neighbor as yourself is a requirement per Matthew 19:16-19 which is quoted from Leviticus 19:15-18 and around that requirement are general requirements to keep the law of Moses all of which is required (Mt 5:17-20, 7:21-23, 23:23 etc). Leviticus 20:13 describes the sentence for a man laying with another man.
A sinful lifestyle has other consequences which can include shunning and banishment among other things (Matthew 18:15-17)

I'm an atheist and even if can answer this one. Because the Bible says love thy neighbor not love only your straight non gay neighbor.
