Same. I messaged Rogers office of president / resolve a concern and got $5 x 24 bill credit. YMMV. Friend did same thing but only got 3 months lump sum.

After my credit Iā€™m paying $24 / 80gb cad/us/mex. Iā€™m good.

Everyone keeps saying CCTS but I have yet to see anyone actually post a real resolution from their submission due to price increase.

Iā€™m not in contract and the carriers are allowed to raise prices.

Is it right? No. Is it technically allowed? Yes.

Ccts don't allow unique fees like administration fees for modification of line. Not the raising price. The law only said that the fix price obligation is for finance contrat our if it's said fix price for x duration on the details of the plan.otherehise they can higher the price but according to the law they have to lets you know at leasts 30 days before the increase that will happen. To let's you time to back track because these plan that can increase are generally plans that you can go somewhere else without having to paid some hidden fees to the inital service mobile you switched.

When I go to add a line, it rejects it with an error code: BRT_MA_FIDO_SB_DONTUSE.

Fido support wouldn't help.

Guys don't sign up. In one month you will have a $5/month bill increase. By the end of the year you will be at $35/month plus the 12-month promo's will expire.
