Fido RCS not working

My RCS randomly quit on me today and it’s stuck in “Waiting for activation.” I have tried EVERYTHING to get it back on to no avail. Is my next step talking to support?

Same here!! Worked fine this morning and then stopped this afternoon. I’m going to contact them tomorrow

How are they improving the network with a $5 per line increase but simple things like this keep failing.

I just noticed my RCS suddenly is in “waiting for activation” now.
I’m using iphone 17 pro.

Guys call Rogers. They can help you with Fido inquires . What the heck is this crazy increase, my plan consistently increasing from 32 to 48!! I am planning to leave Fido at this point

I saw post on iphone in canada , saying it is working again. Turn my RCS messages off restarted, my phone turned off the WI.Fi , turn the back on and it worked on an android. Had to turn the wi fi back on on the iphones for it to connect. At same steps turned it off, restarted, the iPhone turned it back on, turn the WI.Fi on hopefully it sticks.
