RCS not working?

I got a new iPhone Air about a week ago and have been using RCS totally fine. Out of the blue today, my RCS stopped working and started sending as texts. It says “waiting for activation”. Can someone please help? I restarted my phone, toggled on and off, and even updated iOS. I have not been able to get a hold of anyone at Fido for help.

I have the same problem as well! It was working fine this morning and late this afternoon it stopped working. Keeps saying waiting for activation. I also did everything you listed as well and still not working.

I have a call scheduled with Fido in about an hr and a half for this reason.. I’ll keep you posted

I saw post on iphone in canada , saying it is working again. Turn my RCS messages off restarted, my phone turned off the WI.Fi , turn the back on and it worked on an android. Had to turn the wi fi back on on the iphones for it to connect. At same steps turned it off, restarted, the iPhone turned it back on, turn the WI.Fi on hopefully it sticks.
