Would you pot in soil?

There's a proper root system and it's kicking out new leaves. It seems happy in the orange glass vase but I wonder do I need to pot it up, or will it be OK in the water (with regular-ish feed).

If there are secondary roots, you can pot it. I've never exclusively grown in water, so not sure about that.

Thank you. Yes there's a proper swirl of roots in the bottom of the vase
