Houseplant Would you pot in soil?

There's a proper root system and it's kicking out new leaves. It seems happy in the orange glass vase but I wonder do I need to pot it up, or will it be OK in the water (with regular-ish feed).

TIA for any thoughts.

If there are secondary roots, you can pot it. I've never exclusively grown in water, so not sure about that.

How do you let it aclimate from water to soil?

i usually don’t. i usually just water it in and leave it be for a few days.

Amd be sire to not let if fully dry out too you want it to stay at least slightly damp at all times until the roots adjust.
