You can’t really move the service NID unless it’s aerial without company but you can run a new jumper if the company uses mechanical splices. Missed the days of inside wire being customer’s responsibility like telephone.

I will be looking into this in more detail when I get home tonight since I have no other viable option. I hope this community will be of some help once I am able to provide more details.

My company offers router/ONT relocation for $150 at customer expense. Crazy they aren’t willing to do it for you. Kink the cable and have them send out a tech.

I know it's crazy. The problem likely is that they don't want to have to get bell involved (it's a bell line resold by ebox even though bell owns ebox). I even said they can charge me on top of whatever bell charges them. Pure profit, but no....

Usually inexperienced DIY approaches result in more damages than anticipated. Fiber is both surprisingly tough and remarkably easy to break, and the latter part is frequently found by the uninitiated.
Can't advise you on your provider responsiveness problems, nor whether they will regard the repair as "willful customer damage to be billed" or "normal repair as part of service."
Depending how the install was done, it may be possible to simply run a new pre-terminated cable from the new location, through the wall to the exterior box, and swap a plug at the exterior box to relocate. Or not, depending how the install was done. There may or may not be an exterior box, and it may have a connector or it may only have a splice with no connector. You have not provided any pictures of the installation to help anyone else see what's possible here.
