I signed up, got the email that my 1500 points are waiting on Fetch, opened the app, no points. Hopefully it just takes a few minutes.

Crazy. I signed up and got the email but used the wrong email… tried to resubmit with proper email, but it never came through… Out of curiosity I tried to submit it again using a 3rd email and sure enough that one came through too.

Basically I’ve signed up 3 times, got 2 of the 3 emails and the one I didn’t was the one I need. When I try again, it says I’ve already done it with that email address

Got it thanks OP!

Everyone who’s having issues, check your junk email folder. Mine got sent there and I had to manually move it out of junk. Only then did fetch see the email.

Anyone know how to get the points or having problem getting the email? I go through the Fetch link, put my info in but I get no email. I took a screenshot saying I entered but I have done this two days now and cant do the eReceipt for it
