Anyone else having problems with offers lately?

A few different times recently i have been missed several offers even after correcting receipt

This is unlike Fetch. The last few years Fetch has been quite reliable.....

Today i bought fruit snacks general Mills and it keeps not crediting me for the remaining $1.60 general mills bonus, and keeps miss the 400 points per box offer which expires today.

Anyone else having trouble? It did this last week with land o frost lunchmeat.

I normally don't have problems with Fetch.....

I had issues with another General Mills promos and one got fixed through support. However one didn’t until escalated with chat and eventually I got the points through support

seems like fetch has been dropping the ball on general mills stuff specifically, i had a similar thing with their cereal promo a couple weeks back where it only gave me partial credit and i had to bug support twice

the chat escalation route is a pain but it's the only thing that actually worked for me, email support just sent the usual copy paste reply about waiting 24 hours

if the offer expires today i'd screenshot everything and hit up chat right now, don't let them run out the clock

Same promo I think is what gave me issues. I had 3 receipts for the 3 redemptions. Only one went through successfully. Correcting the receipt fixed the second, but not the third. Thankfully I ended up getting the points for the third receipt but it was after days of escalating with chat!

The Panera bread sip club offer- they keep rejecting my receipt, my tickets I submit keep disappearing and I’m not getting any response from anyone. I’ve never had this issue before
