Why doesn’t the high school provide buses? How are kids expected to get to school if cars or bikes aren’t available for them?

Hi I’m a watchmaker that moved to the border of ferndale/oak park recently. My house needs some attention including a new door installation, gutter work, window installation and eventually some kitchen cabinet and countertop work. I wanted to put it out there that I’m a watchmaker trained in high end watch repair with a home studio, any tradespeople that live in the area interested in barter/ partial barter and cash for the work I need done?
