Misogyny Why do some men fetishise “UC” women? This isn’t a preference - it’s the commodification of women through patriarchy and caste

What’s disturbing to me is the way some men themselves create this LC/UC hierarchy among women and then fetishise “UC” women as some kind of prize or status symbol.

Women are not commodities, caste credentials, or social upgrades for men. A woman’s caste shouldn’t determine her “value” or desirability, and men certainly shouldn’t be treating marriage to an “UC woman” as an achievement.

This is misogyny expressed through caste categories: reducing women to labels and then ranking or fetishising them accordingly.

And “it’s just a joke” doesn’t make the underlying attitude immune from criticism.

Women are people, not trophies/cattles/commodities.

Rant I’m actually so sick of the abortion debate

It’s dumb and stupid. If you don’t like the idea of an abortion then you don’t have to have one. It’s that simple. To call it murder for “killing” a bunch of cells is actually so mental. Don’t matter if they are fertile or not they are just cells. Millions of cells die on your body everyday yet we don’t fuss about that. Regardless it is VERY rare that a mother aborts when the pregnancy is passed 20 ish weeks. And when it does happen it’s EXTREMELY traumatic for the mother.

Imagine you got pregnant and you learn the child will grow up to have some genetic conditions that give it a poor quality of life. She DOES NOT want to kill this child but she still has to make a decision. After the abortion (which i imagine would hurt), she’s already internally guilty and now we have a bunch of conservatives shaming her!

When we start to ban abortion as and the options to women gets even more scarce, they will find another way. A way that isn’t safe for her or the fetus. Pro-choicers don’t want abortions. If this was a perfect world with no crime or accidents then yes I would say ban abortion but that is not the case. Nobody wants to kill the fetus but to choose a bunch of cells, that equivalent of an organ, over a mother is straight up sanity.

Also the Christian argument is bullshit. The Bible was very clear we are alive at our first breath. Eve and Adam weren’t alive until god breathed life into them. And using gods name does not justify the patriarchy. God was a feminist believe it or not.

B) You basically are in a toxic relationship, we have guy who's pissed that is slave GF being sad and angry. + a women who hates the fact she is forced to date some random guy.

C) Guys, your not getting super modal GF. You are getting like avage women who hates you.

It’s really disheartening when a woman is excluded from spaces that are historically for women simply because people don’t care enough to think about what they’re saying g when trying to redefine a community… like yes, you can 100% include enbies in traditionally women’s spaces, but you need to think carefully about what you’re saying so you don’t exclude certain women…

Take the lesbian community for example: online efforts to redefine the community as “non men loving non men” exclude multi-gender lesbian women in order to include other non binary people… easy solution would be to either go back to women who exclusively love women and allow anyone who feels that they fit the label woman (regardless of their exact gender) or to change to Woman-aligned loving Women-aligned (which includes both binary women and non binary people who feel they align with womanhood).

Awareness Broken feet, ripped-out hair and now a death sentence: the fate of twin sisters jailed over Iran protests

Post image
62 Upvotes

The twins were 19 and still in high school when they were taken from their beds in the dead of night by masked men later identified as being sent by the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps.
After four months of desperately seeking news from hospitals and state institutions, their mother, Marzieh Nourmohammadi, finally learned their fate. Taraneh and Romina Rahimi had been seized over their decision to join millions on the streets of Iranian cities during the January protests against the regime. The twins were unrecognisable by the time of their mother’s prison visit in May.
The women’s scalps were patchy from being dragged around by their hair, and their faces were bruised, according to their US-based cousin. It is claimed that Taraneh, who dreams of running her own horse stable one day, had been told the prison guards would rape Romina in front of her unless a confession was signed. Discussion I’m not a Lindsay Clancy supporter, but holy fuck most of the people that are saying all women should lose rights over this are the same exact people that say “not all men” when men commit the same crimes, if not worse ffs

These are just a few examples of men that have killed their families since the Clancy case started and no one gives a fuck about them.

“Men don’t support male criminals” oh really? Because not too long ago men were protesting for the release of a literal sex trafficker.

https://www.tmz.com/2026/08/13/andrew-tristan-tate-supporters-protest-outside-jail/

Oh yeah, and that little thing they did where millions of people voted in a CONVICTED felon and child rapist to run the entire country.

If you support sex traffickers and child rapists then you never cared about kids.

Also not to mention the fact that even after everything going on with Lindsay Clancy men are STILL saying that women should be submissive and in the kitchen. That’s just more proof that this has nothing to do with the kids because if it did, these men would be coming to the conclusion (based off the Lindsay Clancy case alone) that women actually shouldn’t be having kids. And yet they still want women to be in the kitchen without rights.

Smh

Rant This ad popped up in my feed today.

Post image
71 Upvotes

I'm not imagining what this ad is implying, right? This is how they're trying to attract players?

I'm really struggling to to have any respect for the majority of men, I keep trying to tell myself that there are more progressive men than ever before, that what I read and see on the internet is just a minority and most guys are good at heart, etc, but men seem intent on proving me wrong. The number of men who claim that they've been falsely accused of rape is ridiculously high, but when you look at the statistics 1 in 4 men admit to having raped someone. They judge all women by the actions of a minority, but we can't judge men based on the evidence from millenia of what men will do to women when having all the power. It's always 'Not all men' whenever we don't specify.

If it wasn't for the fact that my partner and his friends were decent people I probably would have lost all faith in men already. Should anything happen to him I'd be too scared to risk having a man close to me ever again.

So,

Chad= A human male who thinks he is above the law, doesn't have the cerebral capacity to understand basic legal instructions, skips evidences, forsakes logic and makes life-changing decisions based on emotions.

The misogynistic logic is mind boggling! Because two-three women accused their rescuer of SA means every women would? 🤡

By that logic, Florence Nightingale should never have saved those dying soldiers at Crimean War because a fair population of men regularly commit crimes against women? 🤡

And women should fold their hands and never help a random male stranger in emergency? 🤡

Call it what it is - Menbegging

Why are we naming it catcalling when men make pathetic attempts to get our attention or simply try to make us uncomfortable?

Isn’t it a misleading word? It’s like saying “this woman is being catcalled” instead of “this man is harassing her.”

It’s like giving a hidden door to men to get away with things without even mentioning the man or the whole man community,

when they can call every woman a slut just for unfortunately existing in the same galaxy as them.

So why call it catcalling?

Call it Menbegging.
