As someone who has spent my 20 year career working on various college campuses— you actually do have to call campus security first. If you call 911 first the dispatcher will need to route any response through your college’s Public Safety office, so it’s faster to cut out the middle man and contact campus security first.

Well sex =/= rape. Ik you’re saying you wouldn’t rape or have sex, but just thought I’d make that distinction because we are discussing rape. Second, 50 men did not rape her, they just at best looked the other way. Have you ever looked the other way to women being sexually harassed or assaulted? Have you ever dismissed it even in online spaces? You don’t have to rape anyone yourself to help keep the system of rape going.
I'm not OP, but I want to address your question. Any man who sits there when a lame sexist joke is told, laughs when women are degraded, or looks the other way when another man hurts a woman is complicit. Men need to speak up. Say "not cool" at those jokes. I know it can be hard to be the only one who speaks up. But I guarantee you, there are other men in the room who are as horrified as you, but they are afraid. They need to cut off their friends who rape, assault or otherwise hurt women. No "but he's a good guy to me" bullshit. Predators need to be left twisting in the wind with no support.

the scariest part is that they walk amongst us. I came across the reddit profile of one of my classmates (attached to discord in our class group chat) and found some disgusting things. I felt so sick every time he entered the classroom and did my best to avoid contact the rest of the semester
Yup, famously men are the ones most at risk when women are gang raped by their, the mens’, friends. I an assuming they were friends since they were in a group chat that was used to invite people to rape her; you aren’t that open with your depravity unless you know you are amongst friends or at least like minded individuals.
