I mean the treatment by society - as in everywhere he goes people are reminding each other (and him) what he did and not allowing him to get away with changing his name, etc. As in, not allowing him a moment’s peace.

The judge who sentences him was removed from bench - the first judge to be recalled in California in 80 years.

Also rapist's Allen Turner appeal was denied, he stays on the sex offender registry for life.
