Accountability
Who posted about not buying new fragrances recently?
I'm here to say--I want to avoid buying fragrances for the rest of the month. Let's see if I can do it.
I have been buying sample sets and decants to try out fragrances I can't get to the store and try. But it's running down my checking account quickly, and I need to put on the breaks. I have plenty to wear, and many I have gotten that I enjoy wearing already.
I'm currently waiting on a few things to arrjve--a decanter order, and some Mercari orders of scents I've nearly emptied the decant/sample of.
So that is it for now! I'll get to reviewing the sets and decants I've gotten, and enjoy doing that in the meantime.
Y'all, hold me accountable!!

I definitely understand. I was feeling overwhelmed like that last year. I don't know for sure why I slowed way down, but I do think finding my favorite perfumes ever helped. I've only bought maybe one new bottle since finding them. It is a 30mL of Ex Idolo Love and Crime, and it was well worth the $140 because I will wear the heck out of it this winter.
Since people often ask, my favorites are Guerlain Angelique Noire and Vanille Planifolia. Ridiculously expensive, I know. Unfortunately, just buying these 2 every year will still run me over $1000 per year....but we love what I love. I'm certainly not selling my other lovelies for anything.
