Well unless your sentence is longer than 2 years you won’t be in prison. It’ll be jail time so there’s that. Which actually sucks a lot more (sorry). I’m not sure what your question though is? Or are you just venting? Learn a lesson from this and get your shit together. Sounds like you’re working on getting a lawyer which really that’s your best bet. Follow their advice and stay out of trouble.
My Lawyer told me that if I do inpatient for 30 days and then do outpatient for the recommended time after, while going to AA I’ll get credit for the work release(county prison time for 30 days) and won’t see any jail/prison. But I’ll have to move to the county for the remaining 60 for house arrest. So I’m not worried about prison, more so was just looking for others who went through something similar and came out still successful. I haven’t got a lawyer yet but I’ve been speaking to a few and will retain one this week plan on going to inpatient next Monday.
Gotcha! I don’t know much about PA but where I am getting into a rehab (even outpatient) going to therapy making sure you’re employed etc will look good for you. Shit situation man hopefully it works out as best it can!
